★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here almost two years and have enjoyed the convenience of the location. The staff and management are great and went out of their way to get me in as soon as they could because I was in a motel. If you need something fixed or have a concern it will be taken care of the same or next day. What I also noticed over 2 years was that this place is literally crime free! Other tenants are courteous, polite and even helpful. I would highly recommend Pembina Place based on my experience over 2 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is some limitations that i have to follow while writing review so, i gave 1 star to them which is not deserving for management as i have experienced very negative, unresponsive and unreliable behaviour from the management. I had some problems with my suite and i called many times to management but as i said they weren’t respond. I have moved out from the apartment but then they sent me a letter which I attached saying that i have to pay one month rent which i already paid on time-or otherwise they will take some legal action. As a tenant, i said them i have paid rent but they never understand or ready to view my bank receipt that i can show them from banking application. They asked me for paper receipt of transactions in sort period. I have provided them receipt then they told me that you paid in other account that is totally wrong as I always paid rent from my same account which i saved in my banking app as a payee.
In the end, i am very sad to say that i had terrible experience please look another place for peace and enjoy your daily life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst apartment I have ever lived .....they harras so much after you move out ...they make fake bills and put it to you.... for 2 flor tiles burnt mark they sent me a bill of 1600$ and cleaning extra they want me to pay them 2300$...
Everyone who has faced this please contact tenants branch they will help u

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite unprofessional, I was given a suite with non working AC and refrigerator unit at first place.
I paid the rent in advance with security deposit, but I stand nowhere, I am not sure what to do. This is unacceptable, and I am still to move into the apartment. This review is prior moving into the apartment, not sure how it will go when I start living there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was any option of giving negative star, I would give that. They are literally robbers just without a gun. They will never give your security deposit more than 40%. I would recommed you to live at bus stop but not in pembina palace. Very high rent with no facilities. Oh yeah, I forgot about their behaviour. It’s insane. Go at your own risk.
I really don’t why, why they needed $270 as we cleaned this room at this level(Picture included). But when we got the apartment from them, it was in a terrible condition with so many dust literally everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First they provide you with monthly discounts and free parking which definitely make people to feel happy but when you’ll move out they will charge all the discounts included on your monthly rent and get the money back. Reminder - people living at Pembina highway don’t expect that you’ll get your security money back In fact they will put false statements and charge you more than security money. That’s the business they do. And now they’ll say I didn’t find your nane into our list.
Alert ? international students have a proof with you when you move - in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've really liked living here. The staff respond to emails very quickly and are really understanding about issues. The property caretaker is also quick to check out any issues that pop up. The suites are spacious as well - only thing I would change is the kitchen cabinets haha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Globe has been very nice actually. I've found the manager at Pembina Place (Teresa) to be extremely engaging and attentive to whatever I had to say, whenever I had an issue. Pity this place doesn't have a balcony, or I wouldn't be moving out. The management is quite responsive, and I've found that if yo-u take the time to explain yourself and not make any unreasonable demands, they are extremely nice and accommodating. My freezer stopped working; she sent the maintenance guy to check it out and it was replaced the next Monday, along with the heating elements of the stove. Very approachable. Highly recommended to new immigrants!
