★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are rude. The office manager is a real piece of work. She should not be working with the elderly as she is condescending. A bully. and really doesnt do anything. the onsite cleaner. Peter. He pushes people out of the way and literally demands respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Current management has issues. AND Contrary to popular belief, service dogs don't need a vest, the only thing owners need to carry with them is a laminated card they are given when the dog passes the test. Unless the laws have changed again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way too much renovations being done all over the place. Too noisey and hard to get in and out of garage because of the construction they have down there and the on-site manager is rude. Also trying to raise my rent by 10% for an extremely out dated suite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building manager lied to me about showing my suite for a sublet, delayed contacting potential new tenants and refused to give me a copy of the move out report.
She is condescending and will yell at you if you disagree with her. Constantly interrupts and talks over you.
Building is great, the other staff are great but the current building manager is a deterrent to the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family moved out of there and will never look back. The reviews aren't incorrect. The manager is rude and condescending. She should not work with elders. Constant construction noise everyday FOR MONTHS stressed me out and they still want to increase 10% every year for rent. It's ridiculous!
