β β β β β Overall management doesn't care about the tenants or the building. Trash bins are full after 3 days of being emptied, doors are constantly malfunctioning, and there is no regard for the lease you sign. Tenants above have been consistently noisy both in and outside the quiet period and even with documentation and logs broadstreet fails to take any action to resolved the issue. Broadstreet as a whole and the building manager are awful for this site. Strongly not recommend.

β β β β β I have very bad experience with them. I rented an apartment for one year and before I left, I turned my apartment to be like a brand new but they took half of my deposit without reasonable reason. Something really is so cheap and very bad quality.
Although, once we start our rental time we complained that there is a problem in the oven and it was related to our safety but they didnβt care about it.They care only about money.

β β β β β Office staff changes month to month so nothing ever gets done. Noise complaints? Keep them to yourself. Stomp away and have a dance party because management doesn't care.

β β β β β I had a major water issue back in December 2020. They had male workers coming to my unit, with their own key!!! without notice! at 3 in the morning, or other random times. It was scary, and they only allowed me to move after 1 whole month of really serious inconveniences. And they told me that the cost of the move would be covered, and that they would take care of it. However, I am still waiting for a reimbursement. It has been long and painful, and at this point, I donβt even know what to do to get my money back. The site manager just ignores my emails or phone calls. Terrible customer service. I feel exhausted and frustrated after all this time. I wish I can give you guys zero star or negative one ! I felt scared, sad and ignored by the property manager.

β β β β β If you want to move I wish you luck. They are very capable to manipulate you and put your life through a living hell. Be careful and stay alert through the whole moving out process.
