★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont come over here to stay. Its really really warm place.... Even in winters its very warm and in summer it gets worst. Recommended to only those who loves plenty of heat as high as 40c. I am suffering on my decision to choose this flat to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No AC in the summer...or management forget to turn the AC on.especially the inner side. During the day, indoor temperature gradually reach 30 C, AND! when the outside is cooling down the inside never!!!Can't sleep. how comes the indoor is even hotter than outdoor?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet nice living. Air conditioning is a bit weak. Gets hot in winter. Slow maintenance. Expensive laundry mat. There is a pool but it's only 75cm deep. Nice indoor garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the dirtiest apartments I have ever lived in. The cleaning on the hallways is not done on a regular basis and when it is done it seems that only the center of the hall is done. The machines in the laundry are usually filthy when I go to do my laundry so I have to clean them first before I can even start my laundry. Maintenance on anything either takes weeks or months to do is not done at all. They shut the ac off in the winter so most of the people with balconies facing the atrium sweat to death in the winter unless they are people who like the heat. The receptionist isn't helpful at all. Every time I call with a concern I am either told I'll look into it or there is nothing we can do about it. The rules do not apply to everyone or that is how it seems. If I could afford to move I would I am sure I can find a place with way better service to the tenants and the building

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to live at. Air conditioning doesn't work in summers. Management is very rude and doesn't care at all. Apartment facing suites have lot of troubles with air conditioning. Its so much heated up. The apartment is very dirty from inside. Stove and Oven always needs fixing and management always blames it on us. This year there were coackroaches coming out from behind the fridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is always friendly to me, they even "reserved" my apartment for a couple of days until I could finish apartment hunting! Everything was freshly renovated with great vinyl flooring! However even though it is spacious I dont have a lot of storage but gained a pantry! other apartments I noticed have different layouts. The pool is great even though its shallow it is good for relaxing or doing laps, and never busy. Occasionally closed for regular water testing. Sauna is great too. I have indoor balcony great extra space for plants and reading and working even in the winter, and it is quiet! It does get hot on warmer winter days, keeping the balcony open at night helps and installing a small air conditioner in the bedroom makes it comfortable. Other than that it is kind of pain to get into the underground parking from pembina but it is very affordable, cheaper thN outdoor parking elsewhere, and plenty of space for visitors who can also stay the night!

The service of staff in office is good ,they listen carefully and solve the problem/provide alternative to solve that.The whole building provides the coziness and comfortable environment to live,only the people who are living over there can have access to open the main gate in order to avoid the offenders,the aroma of trees makes u feel that you in woods,in nature.The night view is amazing ,everyone will definitely love.
Best place to live overthere,quite safe and peaceful place ,swimming pool,gym ,group sitting,fish pond ,garden,separate balcony is mesmerizing, I love to sit over there and loves to spend my time,the security level is satisfying, frequent bus service available, good place to live in budget with many facilities available in summerland, hydro is included in the rent,the whole area and environment of summerland is quite hygienic and standard of life can be enjoyed giving in that place.

Apartment was totally renovated and clean.
Appliances were good and new.
there was the no hood or any kind of fan to take the smell out while cooking.
Since, my unit was facing the patio, there was no fresh air to help with this problem.
