β β β β β Despite the pricing and the location, the management of this building is a total disaster. They manage this building in a way of dictatorship, not mentioning the poor attitude of their staffs. I'm really wondering if there are anybody else who live in this building feel the same way, or they only treat people with a minority identity like crap???

β β β β β Applying is unnecessary complicated, made 4 trips back and fourth and achieved nothing. When I booked my viewing (in advance) I had asked the guy to show me all available units, he didn't and basically said he forgot. Some rooms are in decent shape

β β β β β New caretakers are excellent. Very bright and lot of space in apartments. Love it here. Bit expensive though. 995$ for one bedroom apartment from September 2017

β β β β β Lived there for 3 years, the location is good for UofM students and the rent is not bad, but the management of this building is a total disaster.

β β β β β The current resident managers are awesome! Super nice and friendlyΨ nothing like the aweful previous ones. They took over July 2016 so disregard any bad reviews about the managers prior to this date.
The apartments are very clean and renovated. However, a little bit expensive compared to other buildings in the area.

β β β β β The caretakers are unbelievably rude. Yells at tenants, not polite, not professional, happiest day of my life is moving out of that prison. Everyday I was so polite and smiling in their faces, didn't help their attitude towards me, especially near the end of my tenancy there.
Great price and clean apartment, but not worth ruining your atmosphere everyday seeing them frown in your face. Strongly suggest finding another place

β β β β β Hello Everyone!! I would like to post a honest review. My 5 start ratings is just because of the current care taker of the building. He is awesome, always ready to help. His name is Emil Miljkovic and I have never seen such a dedicated care taker who is always ready to help out even after his working hours. Rent is ok but there are some old thing which needs to be replaced or renovated but it's ok.
Thanks Emil Miljkovic again for your awesome service.
