โ โ โ โ โ I went today at the Pembina location to trade in my guitar and purchase an upgrade. Danny (sales associate) helped me. He was very pleasant, informative and engaging. he gave me the rundown on how things work (trade in), my payment options, financing options and answered all my questions. He was patient when comes to things that I need clarifying. At the end of the day I was able to purchase a beautiful Gibson J-35. I could not be happier with my purchase and experience today!

โ โ โ โ โ You might give this big chain store a side eye, but they are friendly, knowledgable, and are backed by great customer service and policies. My only gripe is that because of the volume, there is a fair bit of stuff that hits the rack that probably should have been sent back to the factory as a blemish, or serviced at the very least.
