β β β β β Under images you can see what I come home too after the property manager came into our apartment when we weren't home and checked our apartment block for bed bugs (absolutely ripped our entire apartment appart). All amongst trying to increase rent by 10%, I'll leave this here. I think you should get the overall picture of what I'm trying to display.

β β β β β Good and affordable 2 bedroom apartments.right on pembina. We have pembina facing apartment so its even better. Laundary is bit annoying as theres only 2 washer and dryer and they made it expensive now $2.50 for washing and $2 for drying( bit expensive for a old equipement). Other than that never had any issues with management. The pool is maintained in summer and lawn and that garden is also maintained in summer which really gives you positive vibes during summer.. overall good place and i would recommend it.

β β β β β Laura is a great caretaker! Communication is top as issues are taken care of effectively. I moved in last year October into an apartment that had some maintenance work needed. Well I was quite surprised that everything was taken care of within a month of my moving in. The apartment was painted, lighting done and other maintenance problems sorted out.
For the affordable price of the apartment, it was worth it!

β β β β β Would not recommend for several reasons.
1) Construction has been going for way too long when it should have been completed years ago. I constantly have to walk through tons of mud and ruin all my shoes anytime I leave my apartment.
2) Train tracks and Bridge construction.
Super loud and extremely bright lights that will light up your whole apartment at night.
3) Appliances( fridge, dishwasher, AC, etc) are super outdated and constantly break! Takes week for repairs, they hardly work, and do not get replaced with new ones.
4) 1 laundry room for the whole apartment building(approx 26 suites) with only 2 washers 2 dryers. Constantly breaking so itβs more like 1 washer 1 dryer.
5) Rent is very over priced. My apartment is dingy as the last renters before me smoked indoors.. so walls are yellowish and carpets have many burn holes in them.
6) My car has been broken into several times in this parking lot.
7)Neighbours are very loud. Constantly yelling and fighting in the hallways.
I honestly could keep going but the main point is donβt live here if you have a choice.

β β β β β These guys are technically slumlords. They raise the rent every year but never make effort to do repairs. Our bathroom had mould for a year and they did nothing about it in-spite of multiple report. Same for kitchen cooker which later became hazardous. Toilet flusher, we had to fix it ourselves after being tired of requesting repairs.
We had to move out because of the frustration and lack of care from the management that owns this building.
Their main office is filled with rude people.
The care takers try but they sometimes have no choice but to request a work- order to the main office and it never gets fulfilled.
Very disappointing. I think they should be investigated by Manitoba Renters Board.

β β β β β Lived there for a year(Georgetown Park). The resident manager (Neil) doesn't know what he does. Always tends to forget things which ends up in a total mess. Cancelled parking in december'2021 but still had to pay 55$ incl. late fine fees for January2022. Even after cancelling and paying for January'2022 they again sent notice for February'2022.
Would not recommend at all. Total disappointment!

β β β β β Cleared my parking lot early in morning because of snow removal . When came home after a long day, cleared parking lot looks like this. Thanks to management and snow removal guys. Really did a good job.
