I have some life events coming up and I will ensure that my significant other knows to look at any jewelery story other than this one.

Went over to Michael Hill Jewelers, look for small Gold Hoop Earrings. They sent me over to Paris Jewellers.
I'd waited some what impatiently for Michael Hill,
Pine Centre Mall, Prince George BC: to open.
Having the Gates drawn open, as the opened and not yet fully drawn open, the saleswoman that had more seniority ask the other saleswoman behind the counter to assist me.
She helped me find to Gold hoop earrings; apparently hollow earrings is a thing now, replacement of a lost solid gold Earring of similar dimensions. The later of the two I purchased was solid Gold with Diamonds.
With Michael Hill not offering similar products, I figured they had joint ownership of both Jewelry Stores; if not, Michael Hill lost out on an $800+ sale, that took a couple of minutes for me, and many more precious minutes of the saleswoman that sold me the earrings to complete the transaction in a timely manner.
Now, even though that Gold is expensive; I noticed that both Jewelry Stores are carrying cheaper Jewelry, catering to all the customers looking for a happy satisfied purchase. Paris Jewellers had exceptional customer service representation, and a flawless customer service experience.
I am disappointed in what ways that Pine Centre Mall Prince George BC quality of the sales products have declined to accommodate a more frugal living; but there was a time I would go into a Jewelry Store and dream about affording a Gift for my Loved one, more than aspire, I would quickly allocate the money to do so: now, I just go in to buy and leave.
Enjoying the shopping experience was valued, and I still Value a Fine quality product for sale (that apparently is hard to come by, now), at least I received the Customer Service I needed at Paris Jewellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a necklace there, service was ok, however just found out that the diamonds in the necklace I bought are not real. The exact necklace on the Paris Jewellers website states cubicz.
The sales rep told me it was all real. Glad to see that the chain is real gold. Will see if my girlfriend will still want this necklace after she receives it on Valentine’s Day. Sad that the sales rep didn’t read the info or knew what she sold me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband purchased a gift for me that didn’t fit with my style. I went to return the product and was only allowed to put the amount on a gift card as I was not able to find what I wanted in the store. I went home and went through the website picked out the items I wanted.Iwent to use the their gift card on the purchase and was told the next the next day that you can’t use their own gift guards on the website! I went into the store to pick up the items which they didn’t have my size and the wanted me to pay an additional 70 dollars per item to have it sized wasting 140 dollars of my gift card. I told the lady no I could have order my ring off the web in my size and not paid the additional money, but it wouldn’t take their own gift gars as payment. I purchased two of the items that I want and left the store. I received a call the next day telling me that they would do a special order but they need a 30 % down payment from my gift card. Mind blowing at the obstacles. I thanked the sales clerk and told her that once the card was used that would be the last dollar we give to them. Nothing but a waste of my time. What should have been a quick easy transaction turned into a headache that is still not complete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 years ago I bought a ring and necklace at the Pine Centre Store and was very pleased with the service I received and the quality of the jewelry. Today I took my Granddaughters in to purchase gold chains to hang very special crosses from and was blown away by the service we received from Cindy. Great sense of humour and so very very helpful getting everything set up to make the chains they wanted work with the crosses they have. If you need any jewelry this is the go to place that I would recommend. Thank you Cindy for helping this Grandma get it right
