★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a mix up with my friends order and it was delivered to their suite instead of the main house. With Covid they didn't want the pizza back and asked to have it replaced since the mix up was not their fault. The order was only around $20 so it shouldn't have been a big deal. When we talked to the manager Jason, he was extremely rude and confrontational. I have never witnessed such terrible customer service. I will never order from here in the future and advise everyone to avoid Jason like the plague as he is an extremely unpleasant individual to have to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i didn't want to give 4 stars as i felt that was unfair. but in october i ordered a pumpkin shaped pizza for a staff meeting, but it didn't come cut! and with no cutting utensils. i am not an expert pizza cutter, and oh buddy, i will never claim to be one. my staff watching me cut this pumpkin pizza with a box cutter will always be an all time professional low.
EDIT: the pizza was good tho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely happy with the staff here. They made a tiny mistake in cutting our pizza and they gave us a whole pizza for free. I was definitely not expecting that and would have not even worried about the cut they didn’t get right.
I have been in customer service industry and I have to say That this was a great way to make sure they have a happy customer who would buy at Papa Johns over and over again. Thanks guys.
