★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the pizza but don't order the caeser salad , for $5.75 you get 2 cups of brown tinged NOT FRESH romaine lettuce , a TBSP of shaved cheese & 6 croutons , this is the 2nd time it has happened to me , would have taken it back but in the middle of moving but no time to ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not honour any deals, they advertise a deal on the front windows, then say no changes of the sauce, but yet the ad does not says no changes.
So that's false advertising. I've complained to head office, they swept it under the rug. So now all panago store I will boycott. Most owners cheat at toppings they don't put the right amount of (panago does cheese by weight, most under cheese to save money)
When your paying money for a product, you better get what you pay for. At panago you don't.

So this time I tried to call Panago and head office wouldnt give me the store number, and since I ordered from skip the dishes they couldnt help me. Say what?! Horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to ask to see if there was a walk out special the lady on the phone told me there wasn’t so I proceeded to order over the phone. A medium 2 topping pizza, the total came to over 16 dollars. When I get to the store there’s a huge sign on the door for a walk out special large 10$ cheese or pepperoni. So I asked the guy working there why I was not told about that deal and he responded “I don’t know”. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience, ordered 2 pizzas, delivery took over an hour and a half. After biting into one of the pizzas the beef that was used tasted and smelled rancid. I took the pizzas back and asked for a refund and was told that there was nothing wrong with the beef and that they would not refund the price of the pizza. I was offered a 15% off my next order. I will NEVER order from here again and will let everyone i know how terrible the pizza is and even worse customer service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I love Panago. I've read some bad experiences about delivery, and I can't speak to that myself. I always just phone in my order for takeout and pick it up on the way home. So my review is mainly for the quality. So far I've never had a bad pizza from them. We always get a half cheese, half pepperoni and some super cheesy bread. Always very good!

A baby was sitting on the pizza prep table and playing with tongs. Fortunately, the lid of pizza topping station was closed.
Staffs and some visitors were talking right next to pizza doughs without mask.
