★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get a bracelet for a gift. The person who greeted me was great and friendly, but then I was helped by another employee (Eloisa A). That's when things just went south. The person wasn't very friendly or accommodating to what I asked for. The way she handled the product I bought was rough and just thrown in the box. When I inspected it at home the case that the bracelet came in was dirty and scuffed. You'd think for the price you pay, you'd at least get a clean case. The store was a bit busy but it's noticeable that the other employees were at least taking their time to assist and wrap the purchases of other customers.
I'd go back, but only if I get a different sales associate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I come to Pandora polo I always get help from Sofia. I’m at the mall often and she is ALWAYS working. She is by far the best associate for this company and knows every piece of jewelry and knows how to answer any questions about everything related to Pandora’s jewelry. I will never get assistance from anybody else, she is the best Pandora girl ever! With the beautiful nails! Not only do I love shopping here so does my mom and like I said, we only deal with Sofia. Thank you for helping me pick the perfect gift for my friends birthday, you really made it such a smooth shopping experience as always. Give this girl a raise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an unpleasant experience. Bought my wife a pandora bracelet for Christmas. It was a medium. Turns out it’s too small. We brought it in to exchange for something smaller and were refused. We were told it was a limited edition so we couldn’t exchange for something smaller. No we are stuck with this useless bracelet. Anyways, guess we dodged a bullet as now we don’t have to buy their overpriced charms. I think I’ll use the one we bought as a key chain as that’s all it’s good for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleasant experience. Went to do a size exchange, as a ring I was given as a gift was just slightly too big. Went in, showed the receipt, the sales associates grabbed me the right size and just had to grab the manager to approve. The manager, first thing she rudely said to me, was did you wear it in? And I said yes I did so I wouldn’t lose it. She then bluntly said there was no exchange happening at all as the ring was “worn”. Nothing in the exchange policy did it say the ring had to be unworn, and I only wore it into the store. She didn’t offer any alternative that could have been done once that was mentioned and we were just pushed out of the store. I have several jewelry pieces from Pandora but will definitely never be going back to the polo park location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusted at how my wife was treated by your staff. My wife went in to buy earrings from your store I personally have bought many charms for them both and bracelet s. Because my wife needed to wipe her face quickly as it is very hot in your store the assistant said don’t do that here I don’t want to get sick and use sanitizer which she did. I understand the concerns of Covid I respect the views of others but you lost business today. My wife meant nothing wrong to your staff
