Peaches was adopted from the Brampton Animal Shelter and she has traumas that we weren’t aware of but that we learned this morning after the appointment. We had a consultation via Facebook messenger with the owner, and we felt totally comfortable with their recommendations. Alicia really made our girl feel comfortable and we can’t thank her enough for her kindness and knowledge. Peaches looks so beautiful, all brushed, nails and feet trimmed, and cleaner. The sound of the clippers made her very triggered but Alicia knew how to respond to Peaches and how to calm her down. I am thankful for this recommendation and we will be customers for all our girls needs. She’s a long haired cat and keeping her sanitary areas clean can be challenging. Thank you so much, Alicia! You are truly amazing at caring for cats and live up to the cat whisperer name for sure!

The groomer explained to me because he had so much hair and was a doodle he was going to be quite a lot shorter. I had no problem with this as I knew summer was coming. When I went to pick up my dog I was mortified however and shocked. My dog who was a full head of curly hair before now was completely shaved down to the brim. His cut was not for a golden doodle but a lab cut. I can get over bad hair cuts but the worst is my dog was so traumatized from this ordeal that he had explosive uncontrollable diarrhea for over a week leading me to take him to the vet. The vet explained that when a dog has experienced a very traumatic experience he loses control of his bowl and therefore was experiencing this. My dog has also been petrified to be touched and get in the car since this experience!! I will not be back!

I had a senior dog that had a couple of bad experiences with groomers, and as a result, she became very aggressive when being groomed. I explained this to the owner/dog groomer (Deborah), and she said she would try to groom her. She was not only able to groom our dog, but she did it in only a couple of hours. We picked up our dog and Deborah said she was no trouble at all. We also have a one year old dog, who (when we started taking her) wasn’t sure about all the new sights and sounds. Deborah made her feel comfortable and again, was able to groom her in a couple of hours. My dog gets so excited to see her groomer every time we take her. The store is very clean and well kept, and the prices are reasonable. Staff is very friendly and professional. I’m so thrilled to have this incredible business in Georgetown.

Top points of this post - Best Dog Spa and Book Alicia This Doggie Spa is always clean, smells like shampoo and has the best customer service ever as well as the owner women being so sweet and professional as well as a dog lover and groomer herself. Also they have options for premium shampoo (Blue berry facial) just do it. Now when it comes to the grooming, I have Alicia groom both my Toy and Standard Poodle - Her skills are unmatched in my opinion not only do I feel like my dogs are getting the best hair cut possible but also getting to drop my dogs off to people who truly care. All I can say is choosing this Dog spa is the best decision you can make for your dog. Alicia has also groomed my cat…needles to say I didn’t think Alicia would survive Her one two punch but with ease my cat has never looked so cute. I don’t trust anyone else with my Dogs and Cat.
