They have different kinds of plans to fit your needs. Our dog, Neo, is always super excited to go and play with his fur friends. Highly recommended.
A	Anjali Swami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Experience on just Day 2. Think 100 times before you consider this place . Read below why you should never take your pets here. Our 4 month old puppy got bitten (his paw punctured) by another dog and is in trauma since. We were notified immediately, however he was taken to vet by Dogtopia Brampton almost 90 minutes later after my husband rushed to the daycare. The poor guy was crying in pain locked in crate when we arrived. They claim supervised environment , reality is, too (we counted 15+) many dogs for a single handler/coach per room and as such high likelihood of such incidents going unnoticed or controlled in time. Dogs get humped a lot, subjected to dominance with potential negative impact of a submissive personality. They put dogs of all age together based on their criteria of size and/or personality to give them real world experience (claim). This means young puppies, small breed with adult aggressive dogs risking squabble and fight accidents. The client provided webcam video footage has blindspots , covered only by security cameras and you won't know (neither would they show/share) how and why the accident happened. When I pursued them for corrective actions, their HQ reminded me of the Pet-Parent agreement and shrugged off any responsibility on their part. She maintained they take in pets based on their psycho assessment which truly failed in our case. We had hoped he will have good learning and socialisation experience and the outcome was completely the opposite. I'd not recommend Dogtopia Brampton to anyone.
P	Puneet Gill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 6 month old dog to this location twice, the first one went well the last time I went was Jul 15th. A few days after he formed a cough, I took him to the vet and advised it was a mild case of kennel cough. The next day the dog got worse and was informed he had pneumonia. Prior to leaving this review I left one message July 20th in the morning. I didn't hear back so I called back in the afternoon and they took my number and said the manager would call me back after break, which never happened. Firstly I'm upset that another dog owner would leave a dog who has a cough at this place, secondly the workers not screening dogs, thirdly no one ever calling me back, and lastly the $700 bill I have for two vet visits.
R	Ruby G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My puppy loves this place! On her second visit she saw Anthony from outside through the glass window and was pulling me to go in. Staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming to us as newcomers to the doggy daycare world. I'd definitely recommend them.

I was nervous at first but my pup adjusted easily and all my concerns had been addressed prior to him going. I would highly recommend this daycare. Although my pup is no longer with us, I know this place was one of his favorites.

I can say our family is always greated with a smile and I have no worries about Lucky being in good hands. My return to the office has been a bit easier thanks to the staff at Dogtopia Brampton, they give us the peace of mind we need when we are not with our fur baby.

The staff are so good with the dogs. They are helpful and flexible to our needs. I feel our dogs are safe and cared for at Dogtopia. Thanks guys ?❤
