J	Jen Danchuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in at the end of the day hoping to get my 10 month old Golden/Rotti's nails cut. They were just about to close but they let me bring her in anyway. She was difficult to say the least and needed 3 people to hold her; they were firm with her and by the end she was standing still while getting her nails cut. While I was paying I turned around and she was getting belly rubs and giving kisses. We left on a good note and I'm hoping this will be the beginning of better nail trims in the future.

Taylor did a great job trimming our puppy who did it need a bath. He simply needed his paws, nails, beard, butt and eyes trimmed and she delivered a gentle, fast service. When we first engaged with the other groomer who was in the spa, she seemed to try to force a bath on our puppy and this felt strange to us. Not sure how this works but I’m pretty sure arguing about when a dog needs a bath is not desired or goodwill towards the patron in your business? Overall, good experience and would recommend but perhaps offer a selection of services to suit the needs of the animal you are servicing. Grooming is not a one-size-fits-all is it?

Last year, when our beloved senior chihuahua passed, the owner, Tiffany, kindly called, sent flowers and a card. The thoughtfulness from Tiffany and Taylor was so appreciated during that time. The care they show our new rescue pup is just as loving. Spaws provides great service and I highly recommend them ??

Due to COVID, pet owners aren't allowed inside but that didn't bother me much since I was able to watch everything that was happening through a glass window. 10/10 would definitely come again! :)
