I have a anxious and scared puppy who hates haircuts, Tyler did an amazing job at working with my dog and taming his long fur! Had a great expernice and will be going back to them for all of my puppy's fur needs! Would reccomend this place to every pet owner in the area!

fantastic experience. the manager at this place is SO knowledgeable. She is a dog trainer and is very passionate. She gave my partner and I lots of queues with our first puppy. The prices are reasonable and ai would recommend using her services. Thank you so much!! Also: Eli (our) did stop hyperventilating at night with the tips you gave us.

Brought my Milo here for the very first time and he absolutely loved it! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and have excellent customer service skills. We felt so welcomed. Milo's hair cut is professional, perfect for his breed and he's super soft! I've never seen him so smiley to leave a grooming appointment. Thank you so much!

Been going here for years with our dogs. The “former” groomer Tyler did an amazing job. Our dog would always show off her new cut. First experience with the new groomer and we will never step foot in there again. Our dog spent 4 hours there and absolutely nothing was done to her. Upon picking her up i could hear yelling in the back at the dogs. Mine came back scared and very off for 3 days afterwards. She had to go back to finish what wasnt done before. After walking in and going to back with her she instantly dropped to the floor and began shaking with fear. The one girl said she didnt know anything that she worked at the front desk only. I spoke to the “groomer” just to find out she has 0 experience with grooming and apparently the clinic hasnt provided her with proper tools to do the job. Very disappointed in whats happened there. I love my dog very much and it broke my heart seeing how upset she was and made me really upset knowing the groomer is someone who is completely inexperienced. Highly unprofessional and i would not recommend this place to anyone. And if you have been going there in years past i recommend you find somewhere new or do it yourself because they have no idea how to… I appreciate the response and attempt to make me sound like a bad owner . I had called the owner Purdeep right after and he did care at all to have a conversation regarding the issue. I was told from the groomers mouth herself that she has 0 experience so thank you for that attempt. Also the vet you speak of, while on the phone with her i could hear my dog crying and upset and in the back and i was told shes only making noise because the type of breed she is. Shes making noise because theres loud music playing in the back and a very impatient groomer that believes yelling at dogs make them listen… Your attempt to make it seem like my dog was in sever pain is honestly pathetic. We take her to a groomer to get groomed. Unfortunately you have a groomer way over her head and cant do it.. we brought her home and did it ourselves in 1 hour. Dont respond pretending to be professional and trying to discredit us as dog owners. You guys should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. If you truly cared like youre pretending to online, the owner would have actually had a conversation instead of just “ya “ “ya”. Again great act for the internet on your response pretending to care but the reality is the owner doesnt care at all about the place and thats evident with who they hire and how they handle situations. Tyler the former groomer was the only reason alot of people went there and i will guarantee your cliental will drop significantly after 1 visit

Ally, did such a wonderful job grooming my goldendoodle! Staff were super friendly and made us both feel welcome. I would highly recommend taking your pet here!

I cried when I saw the horrible grooming job done on my beautiful dog. She was unrecognizable. I have had many standard poodles over the years and used a variety of groomers depending on where I was living at the time. This is by far the worst grooming I have ever received on one of my dogs. Picture 1 is how she returns home after being groomed at her usual groomer. I was going on a vacation with my dog and wanted her groomed before the trip. When I couldn't get into the usual groomer, I tried Inglewood because it is close to home and they had grooming spots available. I asked for the same cut only shorter!!!! Not shaved all over -not shaved all over and unevenly - not shave off her top knot -not cut off the pompom on her tail and considering all the shaving off, they actually didn't trim her chin hairline so it is long! I would not recommend these groomers.

My beagle Freddie who HATES the bath, had an awesome time with Ally for grooming! He was extremely happy with his tail wagging when he came to the front after his groom. He came home smelling so good with his nails nice and short. He even posed in the store so proud with his little bandana! He will be a new regular there and I highly recommend the new groomer Ally especially with difficult dogs or pups!
