G	Garry Trenton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank required an appraisal of a commercial/residential property we own. I contacted a total of 6 [SIX] appraisal companies in my area. Two responded!!!! Typical of todays business I guess. Speaking with the two offices , it became clear immediatly that Accurate Appraisals Inc. was getting my business. Over the last 10 years I have had approximately 5 appraisals done on different properties.I wish i had knowledge of Accurate Appraisals Inc. back then. Marcus Kormann was very helpful extremely efficient and very professional. All work done as promised ,on time as promised . I have never been so pleased with an appraisal company before. Wish I could give them 10 stars. All staff I spoke with were polite and helpful , calls were returned on time. If you are looking for an appraisal this is the place. Garry Trenton.

P	P. Mamba Mulumba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever to deal with ! Rude receptionists, No customer service manners, they hang up the phone on you ! I ordered an appraisal and got one with the value way too low... They used comparables from last year ( 2019) and from far away that my client's house area... I appealed the value and they won't ever look at the comparables that I sent them.... My clients have to put more money down because of their bogus report, real garbage ! I wish I could give them double zero !

I needed help to review and evaluate a 3rd party appraisal of these 3 properties - 4 years after I hired them. As before, they were prompt and professional while helping me. I may need them again and have no doubt that I will receive the same service as before. Update - The time came that I needed their help to officially dispute the 3rd party appraisal but was told they could not help me without giving any reason why. I was prepared to pay for all the services they would have provided. Instead, Karin asked me to write a positive review after helping me identify the 3rd party appraisal mistakes. I thought I could rely on this firm but was mistaken. I guess my case is too hard for them to handle and prefer EASY WORK!

They were very rude & extremely unprofessional in their dealings with the homeowner.. I do not recommend this company as they misrepresent facts. If you have no choice but to use this company I would strongly suggest recording all conversations.
