We were impressed with the wealth of knowledge demonstrated in the market area of the property, things we did not even consider. I had never been in a position before to need an appraisal so I felt a little out of my league but Ali walked me through the process and was very kind and helpful. My appraisal happened during COVID-19 and Ali was very professional following all guidelines to ensure all of our safety. Overall I had a great experience.

We were looking to sell our home and interviewed many local real-estate agents and received a $100,000 range for which we should list our property; being confused, we decided to get a professional residential appraisal and received a very detailed analysis of sales on our street and neighborhood; and decided to list our home for the price as suggested on our appraisal report.
