★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requested a HINO Truck appraisal on 04.10.18 and here is a response from a representative of the company named Ken Priestman: " I’m sorry, we’re just too busy. We also tend to shy away from this kind of appraisal as we do work for most insurers and can get ourselves into a position of conflict. "
Translation - the company is not for public, its milked by insurance companies and serves them rightfully, don't bother calling them / emailing for what ever reason waste your time..
Second blunt response after yet another naive try of mine: "You appear to have missed my main point, we’re not interested. "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is redicilous if an insurance company sends them out to do your car appraisal refuse it immediately I let them come out to check my tsx and they gave the insurance a redicilous quote with aftermarket parts and unreal labor charges that I now need to deal with because the insurance company wants to go by their quote

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received the worst customer service ever . The result was very negative, very unprofessional from them. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. If you have an accident and need an appraisal .. don't call them !! You'll never see your vehicle back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After driving through the worst pothole ever in Toronto, I submitted a claim with the city. They use Claimspro as their adjuster and Auto Claim Corp for appraisers. “Dwayne” the appraiser was looking over a $1200 estimate done to the struts, tie rod, ball joint, etc but NEVER HOISTED THE CAR FOR INSPECTION. Dwayne still submitted a report back to Claimspro and cut me a cheque for under $300. Every mechanics I spoke to said you can’t assess any damage without the car being on a hoist to check the undercarriage. Is this how the city saves money by hiring shady people who were obviously negligent and unapologetic? Dwayne came back and did another inspection on a hoist this time... and blamed me for meeting at a gas station parking lot. What an irresponsible appraiser with no scruples or a clue... Sad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever used. They misquoted the repairs twice. Followed up by having zero accountability for the mistakes they made. The appraiser Chris would sometimes take weeks to return phone calls and emails. I ended up having to come out of pocket to have the repairs done properly because of their gross incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was very helpful with a bad situation we had with our insurance policy. The appraiser was extremely knowledge (beyond what you could even imagine).They were very professional in handling our file and had more knowledge about our boat than us and our boat mechanic combined. He was pleasant and took a great deal of time when handling our file. I CANNOT imagine the bad review that was written about this company could possibly be true. The person writing the review must have been total jerk to the appraiser. There are two sides to every story and judging how we were treated, its a shame that someone would write a bad review that was probably very untrue! We would definitely recommend this company! Thank you David for wonderful service!
