I love going here. ;) A bank that cares about its' clients is almost unheard of these days but it still exists at Pace. Thanks so much to Chris, Angie, Lynn, Mary, Darlene and all the staff that help keep my businesss moving and make my banking easy. Great job ladies! Great renovation...love the new expresso bar. The parking is tight but I think it's because many visitors to the plaza use the spots, but they still have more spaces than the bank across the street.

Staff are polite and very helpful. At Pace your a customer most know by name and not just a number. Been dealing with them for years and like the way they take care of my financial matters. Big banks could learn from them.

Have been with Pace since 2002, have always had outstanding personal service at my branch. I have previously dealt with traditional banks and felt unappreciated, basically just a number. When I am at my branch, everyone knows my name. The products offered are off the charts, there is no way a bank could compete. Will never leave the Credit Union, love the co-operative values they embody

Staff is not helpful at all. I wanted TJ open a business account and they want master franchise agreement, which I don’t have now, I told them that I will provide once I take over the business / franchise. This is the branch on Westdale village in Hamilton, Ont. Very bad customer service. Actually staff don’t care and don’t want to work. They simply blame on COVID. Opened the account next door at Scotia bank.

Great staff and top notch customer service. I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in and if I have a problem the staff has gone out of their way to help me. I've been dealing with Mary and Caitie for a number of years and they do a great job - love the other tellers as well. Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a good banking experience, this is the place to go. Five stars ladies!

Tina Edwards is exceptional! I had a very tight deadline to meet and she managed to provide me with everything I needed and on time; she had to move fast and pull strings. She went above and beyond and was the most lovely, caring person to speak with. Sometimes we all get so very busy in our professional lives, but Tina made sure she was always available to me. She returned my email and messages and was able to understand my needs and then suggest some products and solutions I never would have thought of. She knows her job well and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking financial assistance.

I was with Royal Bank for about 15 years, but after talking to Tina she convinced me to give pace a try. Tina sent me to Anita at this branch, all I can say is WOW I was never treated so well as I was there, since then I moved my mortgage and all of my banking over to Pace... hands down the better choice! I am not just happy but ecstatic at this decision they don't just take care of your banking they take care of your actual needs. Thank you again to everyone at this branch please keep it up!

Our experience of the bank has been generally negative. On one hand, the staff is friendly enough, but on the other, basic services like scheduling and ATM access are sorely lacking (i.e. the reasons we need a bank). Covid has forced in-branch limits of two customers and/or making an appointment; however, we were denied service when there was only one person inside, and when we went to make an appointment online, the staff didn't know about the appointment because the assigned staff member wasn't available and apparently the website isn't updated to reflect availability (thus rendering the service useless). Furthermore, we're with the Exchange Network and so we need credit union ATMs, but Pace's is only available M-F 830-400, which misses the point of having one entirely (i.e. more convenient, after-hours service, see attached photo). Such an outdated model of banking. So frustrating.
