B	Blessed Family on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find this particular shoppers drug mart to be the worst ever. Pharmacey staff is rude and not competent at all. When I was dealing with this pharmacy I was thinking it was my doctor and his staff fault that they never have my meds ready in time and I was so stressed out every time I needed my refills as it’s for my concerning mental health. But when I changed to another shoppers drug mart I recognized it wasn’t my doctors fault but it the incompetent staff who was not able to do it the right way. The new location treated me with the smile. Gave me time to listen and understood the importance of my meds and how frequently I need them. Pharmacist at the other location was so so kind. She told me I never have to stress about my meds again. And I’ll never have to call again. They will get the refills and will have them delivered to me promptly every week. And honestly it’s been like that ever since. They deliver my meds on time without me stressing out. I’m not sure why the staff at this location is so rude and not helpful at all. I don’t know if the staff is overworked or underpaid at this location. But I’m so happy I’m done with this location.

E	Eddie Cheung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told that my prescription would be available to be picked up at 9pm when I asked at 11am, showed up around 9:10-9:15 and was told to wait another 15 minutes to pick up my prescription. Should not take over 10 hours to prepare a single and simple prescription for one person. Absolutely unbelievable.

It's not only about that they almost never prepared the prescriptions and you have to wait for more than half an hour for having your medication, but their rudeness is far beyond that. Just as an example, my doctor sent them my prescription yesterday. Although, it should be ready for today, when I went to the pharmacy they hadn't prepared that. They took my phone number to sending me a notification when it's ready. (I still haven't received any notification yet) It was about 9:45 when my partner went to the pharmacy to take my medicine (we though they probably forgot to send the notification) and the employee told him, I am about to close the pharmacy and will not give the medication to you today. I need to take my medicine on a daily basis and it would affect negatively my treatment. It's not the first time that it happened, I will not continue to taking my medication from the pharmacy that doesn't know or want to take care about the importance of their reliability for their customers. Hope no one makes the mistake that I made in giving them several changes.

They seem very short staffed and sometimes the pharmacist is on their own with long lines of people waiting around to either pick up or drop off their prescriptions. The post office on the other hand I would give 5 stars for. They are always courteous, professional and helpful.
