★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesnt do what U-Haul promises on the website, says my card is declined but it worked online? Also says I cant use debit but it says online and on the computer in store that you can, plus I did it when I rented a trailer. Pretty unreasonable. First employee didn't know what they were doing either. Wont be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took a very long time to track down our reservations, as they had to try every option before they could find it. They're systems need an update. The self check-in process is also not smooth and I would never choose to do it. They also sold us boxes and didn't let us know we needed to keep the receipt to return them. Service was mediocre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a Uhaul 15 foot truck and the service was great, friendly staff and courteous. Good location that is convenient for access. The Uhaul truck was clean and easy to use. It was just the right size for moving my parents from their 1 bedroom apartment to a seniors lodge. Everything worked out great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had my stuff there for two months and I will be keeping it there for at least one more. In that time, I've never had had any issues with my unit, the staff, accessibility to or from my unit or the cost. Considering their close to downtown location, the cost is fairly decent. It's on a bus route for those without a vehicle and it's close to Kingsway Mall for when you're shopping before the storage unit gets a visit (LOL) ? Overall it's been a great experience with them
