Sentinel Storage - Edmonton Westmount (Self-Serve) - Edmonton

I had the pleasure of renting a locker with this branch of Sentinel Storage over the past few months. The staff are very timely in communication, very helpful, and always friendly. The facility was extremely clean and safe, which was a huge relief for me. The cost was unbeatable, being a student I had a budget and the unit came in way under budget! I would highly recommend this branch of Sentinel Storage for anyone with storage needs!

I got 20X30 unit at West Mount branch when my apartment building got fire, the price was very reasonable, first month was free. The place is heated, nice and clean with 7 days access. Staffs (Jennifer & Jessica) were also helpful. They were able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Sentinel to anyone who is looking for a storage.

First time to rent a storage unit after my place got fire. Moving in the winter is very stressful. I got 10x20 with reasonable price and no contract obligation first month is free. Jennifer was very helpful and answered all my questions. Amazing place so nice and clean Thanks to Sentinel storage management you made my move so easier with 7 days/access to the unit.

I was so stressed out to move my stuff and put it on a storage because I haven’t done that before but Sentinel made my life so easy!! The whole process was smooth. Booking took literally half an hour with the lovely Jessica explaining everything to me. She gave me a tour of the place which was so clean and secure. Security cameras everywhere and double doors to protect the space. I got a 9 by 10 for $40 with the lock!! I was shocked at how much affordable it was. Jessica was so patient to answer all my questions. When we went to drop off our stuff, everything was so easy. You just punch in your security code and get access to the building. I would recommend Sentinel to everyone!! I am so impressed at how organized clean and secure the place is and how amazing the staff are. THANK YOU SENTINEL ESPECIALLY JESSICA YOU ARE AMAZING AND I NOMINATE YOU FOR A NOBEL PEACE PRIZE :) From one happy customer that WILL always use Sentinel moving forward!!

I am a current tenant with sentinel, and have been very satisfied with the service I've received there. Jennifer is very personable and approachable, and took the time to thoroughly explain things to me. The prices are competitive and the facility is clean. Access hours are awesome and I couldn't be happier. Will deffinately recommend this location and just want to say thank you to the staff overall. I can honestly say that renting with you has been a positive and encouraging experience for me. :)

The service is great, although the central HQ call centre doesn't have complete information about the actual sites. But that was minor. The location is great, and the facilities are great. The access hours are good, although I wish they were 24 hours. I moved here from a different storage place that was a bit cheaper, so I wish the price were a bit lower. Overall, very good.

I stopped in today comparison shopping. I only intended on getting some information and looking at a couple different unit sizes. In the end I was so impressed, not only with the facility but with the lovely staff that I reserved my unit today and secured the discount ! 4 weeks free really can't be beat! So glad I stopped here today , it's a big relief to have at least this part of my move taken care of!

Terrible experience. I'm sure overall the average experience is great. mine instead proved to me how lackluster it can be if things go south. From start to finish my experience was to simply put it; bad. My original contract was not properly entered into the system in the beginning, snowballing my return visit to setup my unit into a trust-shaken start of rapport. I had to redo it all on a planned up day. When they grabbed my signed contract and shredded it saying the person I first planned it made a bunch of mistakes, I put my foot down but proceeded anyway. Second, My unit was broken into. Not all units are well protected from above, with a screwed on chainlink fence you can easily bend open. I reported it and all they did was somewhat fix the busted chainlink roof that I looked and seen many 'roofless' indoor lockers. I have now moved most of my things to my new place; I've been able to fully assess what was stolen before I go back and grab the rest. Now I have decided to write my review. My night stand is busted from being stepped on (pictured), I can fix that on my own however. What they likely did was stacked and clmbed over and dropped onto the furniture. Grabbed what they wanted than used my stuff to climb back over. When I showed up, the neighbouring door was open. With suspicions I open up mine and all my things like out. If I had my phone, I'd have THAT picture. And instead of more things being unknowingly stolen I didn't want more stolen so I quickly cleaned up but left the damage, returned and took pictures. My brand new heat gun, torque wrench, a Rampage V Edition 10 motherboard (right out from the box) 1... just 1 lowsy 6 pack of TP, and my $400 RGB halo lighting kit for my car's headlamps I was gonna install this year we're all STOLEN. It's all on the camera, because when I looked up... Of course... The fence was busted on both sides. I've shown pictures of this damage, and you can see how mangled it is after repair. You can't trust anything or anyone these days. I'll be taking necessary steps to be compensated.
