★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is new and it shows in the best of ways. They want to make a good impression and their prices help with that, I came in for a 5x10 unit and they didn't try to upsell me. I ended up wanting a 10x10 and was surprised when the price was the same as most places are charging for a 5x10!
The only downside is right now their gate hours are only when they have someone in, but they're waiting on an automated gate to be installed so for now they're willing to pop in outside of hours within reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troy is awesome. If you come here n meet Troy you will not be disappointed. Very professional and personable place. My stuff was safe and I had a nice experience here. Perfect no problems. Thanks to the staff here for bring so caring. Answers the calls right away or gets back to you in a professional manner. Very positive atmosphere here. The one thing just make sure you know the hours of operation. Other than that this place is awesome. Everything went smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made arrangements and rented a unit 2 weeks prior to move. Since they are not open weekends they agreed to come in for 10 an to accommodate poor hours. I rented a u haul and the only help I had came in from Calgary. I called the friday before to confirm and left voicemail. They did not show. I ate the cost uhaul rental on top of my help wasted their weekend coming down to help. I am between jobs and struggling financially so it really screwed me over.
Not even a call back on the following Monday either for an apology or explanation.
They also needed to be asked to mask up on our initial visit.
That's bad business, go elsewhere

We are a local small business and rely upon their services especially since COVID has caused economic damage. We have been using Makespace storage since over 2 years.
