Our promise is to ensure your dog has the most Pawsitive experience in our Doggy Daycare, where all dogs are safely grouped with their friends and carefully watched over by our trained Aunties. We are firm believers in scientific studies such as the music we play. Research has proven that music calms the canine nervous system. In the warmer months we offer an outside Pet Resort with pools, sprinklers and cabanas. Our Crate Free Boarding, which is their home away from home, they watch Netflix and get to sleep with their friends and favorite Daycare Auntie.
We also offer Premium Spaw days to pamper your pet!!!
Waggytails is a family owned and operated business since 2012. We support causes near and dear to our hearts such as Rescue Agencies and special support programs.
We are conveniently located in the West end of Edmonton, minutes away from Anthony Henday, Yellowhead, Stony Plain Road, West Edmonton Mall and Costco on 149 St. We have 5000 square feet of play space indoors and outdoors with pools and play equipment outside to satisfy even the most energetic agile dog. In our Retail area, you will find a great assortment of Acana and Orijen dry food, healthy treats, leashes and collars, training tools and supplements. Watch for very unique products coming soon!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty hard to get customers if you're not answering the phones... I called multiple times throughout the day and nothing. I dont want to leave a message when I call a business, I want to talk to a person and get my answer when I call. this is business 101. figure it out. I imagine I will get a response to the effect of "we are understaffed" or something. thats not the customers problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first visit at Waggy Tails and you now have a lifetime customer. I can't believe how good our dog Mia looks after her grooming. She is 10 years old and we have been going to numerous grooming places in Edmonton and she always sheds even afer the groom. As soon as the rest of the family saw Mia after her groom, every single one of us couldn't believe how good she looked. The lady that did her groom was so nice and so professional and just so kind with Mia. We loved our experience and will be back again!!! Highly recommend Waggy Tails for your dogs grooming. We also are going to bring Mia down for a daycare session in the new year.

When waggytails, was recommended we decided to give daycare another try. I am THRILLED that we did because wagggytails has met my expectations above and beyond. Dazey is tuckered out when she leaves there but boy does she get excited when she hears she’s going back! Our dogs temperament was very different between the two places and I am happy to see that she loves waggytails as much we do!
Prices are fair and the staff really take good care of the dogs and it shows in their interactions with the dogs! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started bringing my pup here as it was close to work and thought it would be amazing to bring him for some exercise while I was at work. I had even spoken to Leah about having some in home training done however she told me to have my pup who is 6 months old a little longer before she could do any training with him. He is a rescue. On multiple occasions they had said they had to give him many breaks as he would get overwhelmed by the other dogs which is fair I can understand that. They also told me that he as a bit of a prey drive and when I explained to him that he doesn’t chase chickens nor cats at the farm they told me that he could just have prey drive towards small dogs and nothing else. Which is not true either a dog has a prey drive or they don’t. But when I went and picked up my dog today the girl who seemed very frantic and very worked up told me he could no longer come back until he had some training because he was beginning to resource guard and that he was too overwhelmed and would not listen and that they couldn’t do anything about it. If your staff were truly trained like stated on the website they would have known what to do and would have worked with him on that. I will never bring my dog back there as they clearly lack taking the owners advice on their dogs and are not professional at all. For the amount you pay per day is not worth the 40 dollars to have my dog sit in a kennel because staff get to overwhelmed with the amount of dogs and the fact they clearly don’t know what they are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of good interaction for my puppy, Was worried she would come home with bad habits but I haven't noticed anything yet. She is quite exhausted when she comes home and seems very excited when we go another time. Is great interaction with the other dogs and the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were taking our dog Simba to another dog daycare in the city, which is also excellent, but out of the way due to moving now. We thought we’d try Waggytails out. SO happy we did.
I am always very impressed with the level of care the staff show Simba, and it really seems like they know him well. Waggytails is a slightly smaller daycare, which helps this. I have had nothing but good experiences with Waggytails, and I recommend it highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been bringing my 2 labs (Z and S) to this daycare for two years -it had been recommended by my vet-and it is amazing. i knew when i dropped them off the first day that they had a great day but I now have the consistency of seeing this over 2 years to back up my review. It is clear to me that everyone there really cares about the dogs (and my dogs love them too!) and it gives me great comfort to know they are in such good hands.
