M	Mari L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! This company has a documented history of cancelling shuttles with NO notice and NO refund. You will be told “it happens” and you will be left without any assistance or alternative means of transport. I genuinely don’t understand how this business is still in operation!! If you don’t believe me, see the photos of the dozens of local whistlerites who have also been frauded by this company.
S	Solomon Umlah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to ride on the eighth, about thirty minutes before I was supposed to ride from Whistler to Squamish I got a text telling me that the departure time from Squamish had been moved to be much earlier. This was not going to work for me so I took the offered refund. Only problem is that I’ve still not received my refund and their listed phone number doesn’t seem to work (it says to call or text, and I’ve tried both). This whole thing has left a horrible taste in my mouth and even if I get my money back (which I’m starting to doubt), I won’t be using this service. If anyone who works there is reading this, please pick up the phone or something.
M	Mitchell Hayward on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, 10pm night before SMS telling me my pick up location has been moved, even though they literally drive past that location, Arrive at 10am for the 10:30 bus that leaves at 10:40. no bus shows. call company they try to find where the driver is with no luck. tell me a bus is coming at 12:30. then tell me its actually 1.30 via SMS, no bus arrives again. call them they apologize and let me know a 6.30 bus is coming and they will refund me my ticket. I'd already been waiting since 10am asked for another option as a 6.30 bus would mean I would have to wait outside for 2 hours in mid November, They offer a taxi but refused to pay. Gave up and had to get a friend to pick me up after waiting 7 hours Side note Ben was helpful and I understand it was not his fault

I have traveled with them three times,; the first and second time the bus arrived late and we started our journey 40 minutes after departure time in both cases; but the third time was even worse, there was no bus at all! Nobody came to the Burrard Station and I had already paid for the 5.30 PM bus ride to Whistler, so after an hour and several calls to their number (NOBODY ANSWERED) I was forced to spend a night in a hostel and wait for the earliest bus ride to whistler with ANOTHER COMPANY of course. Also, you will need to wear your jacket for the whole journey, because there’s no air conditioning; but if you like to feel close to the nature that surrounds you, this can be a positive point. NEVER AGAIN

Whistler ride promised to give me full-refund for the inconvenience but they didn’t. This bus company is the worst company I have ever used. Absolutely scam.
A	Alex Unro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, disorganized bus service. Buses are all over the place time wise, old and pretty small with people piling bags and equipment on top of each other. Rebooking is not really an option and you are directed to the website (which does not work) to do rebooking and sort issues. Communication is mostly via text message. Avoid at all costs, not a legitimate operation in any sense. Bus driver was very friendly though.
