★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Folks, stay away from this rental, if you don't want to live with BEDBUGS! Terrible management with no respect to their tenants. No live-in manager and hard to find somebody reasonable. I'm talking about bedbugs! The tenants have been fighting with bedbugs for 6 months now and still get no attention. Treatment doesn't work, and tenants are blamed. MInto rental, who is supposed to be a professional property management company, doesn't care about people. They only care about money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a viewing yesterday, the building is disgusting, the hallways are so narrow and no air.
The unit i saw was the most disgusting place ive seen. It was fillthy, it stunck, there was fist holes in the bedroom door, the carpet in the living room was so dirty it made my skin crawl. The walls were dirty, it looked like something was thrown on the walls and dripped all the way down the wall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great place to live! In a really nice neighborhood that's close to the heart of downtown, Grandin LRT (right across the street actually), as well as the scenic river valley, so I'm sad to be leaving :( Natalia, Saad, and Jobert are a delight to deal with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for over 4 years and really enjoyed my time here. Great location and very easy access to LRT. Natalia (the building manager) was prompt and responsive if we needed help and the maintenance guys were very friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived there for 2 years, great place! Saad and Natalia were both fantastic! Anytime there was a need for maintenance (unit or building) they took care of it very quickly. It's also pretty clear they are putting in the effort to continually improve the building!
