★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building has a breathtaking penthouse rooftop patio & awesome in house gym with ample equipment to get your workout done next to the comfort of your home.
From moving in until now and going through a couple different property managers, Zoey by far, has the best interests of the tenants at heart. From making sure the property is secure, amenities are available to seeing firsthand her putting in extra hours and effort to give us a sense of community with little goodie bags and Christmas decorations. Even when there was an issue with the underground garage door, there was a security guard hired standing there watching who came in to protect us. She keeps consistent and prompt communication that lets me feel safe living in central downtown.
Definitely worth calling this place a home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived at E11even for 1.5 years and it was a great experience. Shout out to the building manager, Zoey! She was always super helpful and always greets you with a cheerful hello in the hallways/lobby. She also left little treats for holidays on our door and always decorates the lobby in such a cute way! We really enjoyed living here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love our new building manager, Zoey. She's been an absolute breath of fresh air to our building since the new management company. She has done everything so well and efficiently, especially when restrictions effected our amenities. She always decorates for the holidays, hands out little goody bags and makes our building feel like a real sense of community. There is a huge sense of safety and security in our building at all times. Living downtown can be a bit concerning, but it might as well be Fort Knox at our building. I love that our management is always easy to reach or in a timely manner with any questions or concerns. Living at the e11even has been the best part of my 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here for almost a year and we went through several management groups the first few months. I loved the building, my apartment and the amenities. The previous management was a total disaster and made living here difficult but ever since Zoe our newest property manager took over, this building finally started feeling like home. She is wonderful and really goes out of her way to listen to tenants concerns and she is a woman of action and gets things done, not only that, she goes above and beyond to make everyone in the building feel a sense of community by decorating for holidays and keeping us informed of health regulations and she is very inclusive. Our building is spotless and cleaned hourly, and Zoe truly has the tenants best interests at heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I recently signed our second lease at this building. As new parents the location is great. The nearby cafes, restaurants, playground & walking paths are so convenient. Our living room is so bright, spacious and open. We also love the rooftop & gym.
What really makes this building is the manager, Zoey. She’s so wonderful! Her attention to detail, kindness, thoughtful + timely responses and ability to quickly take action when needed is so refreshing. She really cares wholeheartedly for this building and the tenants. She decorates on holidays, is here often and really goes the extra mile for tenants.
Me, my husband and baby are so happy to call this building home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service!! Right from the beginning of my search Zoey was phenomenal. Very easy to communicate with, patient, took into account all my concerns & needs and made sure I was satisfied with every aspect of my new home. The property is very nice and has great amenities but the reassurance of Zoey being my contact for any concerns/issues was a major deciding factor. There is nothing worse than a complacent property manager and you definitely won’t find that here!
