I was supposed to meet a agent to show me a suite April 15, 2018. I waited 15 minutes no one showed up accept another couple who also waited to see the apartment. My chiropractors assistant told me not to move here since it's apparently a party place.

I really loved the rustic feeling of being in a east hastings Vancouver apartment. The cutouts in the walls of unfinished construction to the puttied holes from ppl raging really hit home for me. The smell of marijuanna mixed with the pungent smell of sewage at the bottom of the stairs really made me feel at home. Right then I knew I had to live at hardwood plaza. You really get the full package here I just love the false fire alarms that go off with the highest pitch alarm I've ever experienced in my life. I could go on but it would be a book the time I'm done. Thanks hardwood plaza and management your the best in town your ok in my book!

The Bedbug Registry look up + report      alerts     city maps      resources     about     faq     blog 11025 Jasper Ave NW Edmonton, AB T5K 0K7 Found 1 report: Anonymous on 02/08/2021 The 3rd floor of the Hardwood Plaza has been dealing with an ongoing infestation for 5 months; October 2020 to now February 2021. Unit 304 is where the bed bugs started. The tenants didn't report the infestation. It then moved into my apartment, unit 305. I reported being bit. They checked my place and found nothing, but sprayed anyways. Due to condo policy they didn't check adjacent units because the unit owner did not give permission to do so. The infestation continued to grow until the bed b ugs were spilling out of the apartment and into the hallway. The bugs started going into other units under the doorways. Unit 304 and 312 are now infested. Other units have found bugs but found them soon enough to ward off an infestation. There are a total of 5 units who have had bed bug problems in the last 5 months because of unit 304. The condo policy does not protect tenants from bed bugs if the source is not their own condo. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Building management is nonchalant and uncommunicative.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!! When I asked the new building manager (Curtis) about the bedbug problem on my floor (3rd floor, Nov 2021), he told me that it was one unit with bedbugs and all the others were overreacting and wanting their units treated.. yeah right. He seemed like a nice man to deal with at the time but the condo board will evict you in the middle of winter for something your roommate did, not you. We asked our landlord for 6 months to put our number on the directory in case we forgot our keys at home but no one did anything. Also, not sure if it’s just my landlord or living downtown or the entire building but our apartment was disgusting when we moved in. It was awful. But the bedbugs are still there as well as a lot of fruit flies when we moved in. It was gross. ALSO the heating problem that can’t seem to get fixed.. all summer my heat was blasting even tho it was turned off and now this fall/winter is when they decided to fix it. Several contractors have attempted it and while they’re trying to fix it you have no heat Monday- Friday 7-4. So bundle up if you take the chance of moving in. Just don’t go to the third floor with the bedbugs.
