★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy the variety at this studio and the heat is really good. You can enjoy an easy flow or challenge yourself to an extreme workout similar to yoga pilates. The instructors are great and very approachable and provide really good modifications.

I joined the studio recently and for the last two weeks the instructor S.was teaching same class every night even the names of the classes were different ( Hatha, Flow and ect). It reminds me a boot camp ( lots of push ups). Not yoga at all. I wish they practice more yoga postures in this place. Very disappointed.

The variety of classes are excellent and all the instructors are awesome, paying attention to every participant and making everyone feel welcome! The owner is funny and super friendly and remembers everyone by their first name! I highly recommend this studio for everyone; first timers and advanced yogi's of all kinds!

I’ve been practicing yoga there for a long time and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to check it out whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner. The teachers there are incredible and they all have a different ways of teaching so that makes it exciting because the poses are never the same!

I've been coming here for almost 2 years now and I feel great and relaxed after each practice. The owner is awesome, she cares about her clients and knows each one of them by name. Totally recommend this studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During COVID-19 pandemic, the owner Angela never reply on my email or message. Poor quality and service. I paid over $400 for 50 classes and I did not have a chance to star even one class. Angela never refund me a penny and she blocks my messages. If you ever walk into a yoga studio and know about the owner “Angela”, just run away, save your money don’t let her cheat you.

Great intimate studio whereby you feel welcomed and not lost in "the crowd" for those that are curious take a one month membership and see what it does for you, great for your body, mind and soul!
