I live in Haliburton.
I made a phone call as I want to make hair slides. Staff were not only knowledgeable and accommodating, but reassuring.
I wasn't certain that I could work on my projects but staff are available to walk me through steps.
And..... delivery was easy.
Once Covid is over I plan to make a trip to Scarborough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the first time that I got to visit this store years back, I have always had an incredible experience thanks to Jose and Edwin. They are always so helpful, inviting, and genuinely interested! They go above and beyond all the time, something that they do not need to be doing. I have been to other leather stores around the city and the experience is never the same.
Any time there is an arrival of a new leather in store that they think I would like to work with, they will call/email to let me know about it. They have helped me place orders over the phone when I was unable to come in person to the store. They have helped me place orders for interesting leather that was not carried at their location. They always keep me up to date on any upcoming sale or promotion. They would always be extremely accommodating even when I show up to the store 5 minutes before closing, I never felt rushed. There are countless of other experiences, each one being positive.

Product assistance, technical help, general information, whatever is needed, is available here. The specific tools are stocked and the many leather options are there. Great place to browse and explore if ar all interested in leather crafting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store manager and other staff are so friendly and helpful. I’m new to leather crafting so naturally, walking into the store for the first time was a little intimidating. The store manager broke down all those walls and immediately made me feel comfortable shopping around and answered all my dumb little questions. Definitely gained a regular now that I’m (mildly) addicted to this new hobby :)
