โ โ โ โ โ Have ordered 3 times from this company. First 2 orders came very quickly and were complete. Third order was incomplete (missing 3 boxes of gloves) -- they sent the missing items and have now placed 2 more orders. The sanitizer is very good and on the approved Health Canada list.

โ โ โ โ โ I paid $136. for what was supposed to be 100 N95 masks. The order said 10 packages of 10. I only received 2 boxes of 20. It is impossible to speak to a representative. You can only leave a message. I have emailed 4 times and I have not received any kind of response. I have taken this to my credit card company to dispute the charge but I have to wait another 10 days. I will never order from them this company again. There are many others I would rather do business with. I spent $500 on a previous order with this company and now I cannot get a response. Very disappointed and frustrated. Terrible customer service. โ โ โ โ โ I've now ordered twice from this company for our office. Their products are high quality, and both times the packages were shipped same day. I have no complaints about them at all. I tried ordering from a different company as well, and these guys were way faster. Will continue to get our PPE from this supplier.

โ โ โ โ โ FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!!! What they do is an absolute FRAUD and DONโt even consider them as an option. They will send you almost 1/4 of what you have ordered and you have no success in contacting them. I called them thousands of time, left so many messages and sent at least 10 follow-up emails with no response. They replied me once at the beginning confirming a refund (due to incomplete delivery) but after that I heard nothing from them!!! DO NOT order anything on their website, they are liars with zero customer service!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Unfortunately the service and response from this company has declined substantially over the past couple of months. We received an incomplete order in February and was promised in writing a refund for the missing shields would be applied to credit card. It is now June, no refund and emails / calls not being returned.
Also noted a coincidence that the last name of two 5 star reviewers is the same as the company representative who promised the refund.

โ โ โ โ โ I placed in order September 4th for masks, my order has not been completed, showing as pending. Iโve tried to contact this company both via email, as well as leaving voice mails. No reply from anyone regarding my order. Looks like I will need to purchase PPE from another company and contact my credit card company to try and get my money back. Would highly recommend ordering from another company.
