β β β β β Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym, awesome energy and knowledge staff, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. They take the time to understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. Any of the classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. The instructors are also extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. This truly is better than any big-box fitness franchise, and not to mention THE Best MMA/Muay Thai/BJJ Gym in Markham.

β β β β β My review is a little late but Iβve realized how much Iβve missed this gym and thought I had to share this.
This boxing gym is filled with the friendliest staff I had ever met. Extremely accommodating and kind, always a βhiβ when you enter the gym.
I loved doing the evening classes. The teachers actually stop to help you fix your technique and itβs not just a box fit class at a regular gym.
Plus there is also fitness equipment on the other side making it the perfect place to get a complete workout.
I hope you guys reopen soon because I am itching to be back!

β β β β β With my kids a little older now I have a little bit more free time for myself. I recently started going to Pound 4 Pound in Markham and found their staff friendly, knowledgable, and welcoming. My 15-year-old has started to come out with me as well as well as my 12-year-old to the senior Muaythai classes. I would highly recommend the facility.
A family friendly environment with supportive instructors passionate about the sport.

β β β β β I used to come to this gym for a while until my work hours didnβt allow me to and prior to moving out of markham, precovid. They recently had a 10+1 year anniversary event. My brother had a demo fight during the event. I must say, i had more fun watching that than i did watching UFC fight cards. I lost my voice! ? Congrats on the name change βSoul martial arts & fitness.β Will always have love for this gym! Anyone in Markham or in the surrounding area considering muay thai, boxing, jiu jitsu or just wanting to get in shape should consider this gym.

β β β β β This gym has it all. Muay Thai, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu if you wanna learn different fight disciplines. If you just wanna get fit, they have the best HIIT classes and a complete weight room. They also have diff trainers for HIIT classes so no one class is ever the same. Every class will push you to your limit. Soul also has kids classes for Muay Thai, Boxing and Jiu Jitsu. The gym is well maintained and the staff is excellent. Come by and give it a try.

β β β β β I have been going to this gym for many years. I learned Maui Thai here from very good instructors. All classes (Maui Thai and fitness) were well thought out and I always had a great workout. I found the instructors very helpful and qualified. The weight room has all the weights and machines you will need. The staff and members are great. This is a gem in Markham!
