A	Alne Villegas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with my boyfriend to grab some new specs for myself. It’s a great location in the heart of Main Street with a nice selection. Super affordable yet chic and stylish! Had all the different lens options (thinning, coatings, polarizing, nose pads etc.) The direct billing process was easy. The staff were incredibly friendly gals and were happy to offer their opinions on which glasses looked better on me. I really wish I had remembered their names (one had a really neat eye of horus tattoo). This will be a place I’ll be coming back to and will be recommending to friends and family! A	Anna Newman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of glasses recently. The staff was friendly and helpful and they have a stylish selection of frames. Because I have a high prescription I asked if they could thin down the lenses, they answered this will be done automatically. However, when I picked up my glasses it was surprisingly heavy and leaves pressure marks on my skin every time I wear them. Summarising, I would have wished for advice that the frame I chose was quite large, results in considerable weight and is not a good choice for my prescription.

Lenses not very scratch resistant and the fitting was not done properly so the perfect line of sight is off. Customer service is fabulous and they replaced a frame for free once and always are willing to adjust the frames. so.. Pros and cons

When I tried my glasses on for the first time, and my vision was completely off, they told me to just try wearing them to get used to them. I was confident something was off. The glasses gave me headaches, and turns out they slightly changed the prescription that my doctor gave me. Decided to go to the Commercial location and the super helpful staff member (tall, dark hair, clear-ish frames) realized in 2 seconds that the lenses were INSTALLED BACKWARDS. He popped them the right way and I could see so much better! Because the lenses were installed wrong, they also stretched my frames out all weird, so had to get that bent back. All in all, a frustrating and negative experience (other than the staff member at Commercial who was excellent and super knowledgeable, so cheers to them!). Customer service training and more education might be useful for other locations. I will not be returning for glasses in the future.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I haven't purchased a new pair of glasses in 3 years, and they were happy to walk me through the process. I have never used my student insurance, and I was clueless on how it works. An employee there was a student at the same university, so she was like "Hey, no worries. I just need your student number and you're good to go." The process was painless and chill. Would come back for a pair of prescription sunglasses.

They helped me find glasses that really suit me and have lasted years. Seriously, it was like when Harry Potter got his wand. Been coming here since 2019 with zero disappointment.

The 2 front counter staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful while still giving me space to browse different frames. Dr. Daniel Heimdahl was delightful and conducted a thorough ocular health examination as well as the vision testing. I left with my frames picked and glasses ordered, which should be ready for pick up in ~ 10 days. Will updated when they arrive. Happy customer so far.
