★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the optometrist that ruined my eye vision by encouraging me to wear a lower prescription when i was in my childhood. For someone whose considered herself as a professional she defintiely didn't know what the hell she was doing. Throughout my elemetnary and all the way through high school i would wear a pair of glasses that was below my correct prescription and i would only wear it when i look at the chalkboard overhead.. Guess what?? that will DEFINITELY increase your eye vision and make it worse. She never realized this and blamed me for not taking care of my eys. I blame my vision because of someone like her. I don't understand she is still running her business.. i can't imagine how many other patients she screwed over with her poor advice she has given

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in on the advice of my wife whom had been going to Dr. Chung for years. My appointment was quick but everyone working there was quite friendly. Dr. Chung suggested that I get a lower prescription and my eyes are much more comfortable. I would definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced multiple interruptions during our eye exams with Dr. Shen with him leaving the room to handle other patients / business -- it was rather rude and quite annoying! After examinations, felt overly pushy with buying lens & frames from their practice and attempted to charge us hundreds of dollars extra in order to start my son's myopia treatment plan?! Worst, never bothered to return my calls when I inquired (some days later) about arranging alternative methods of the payment plan with my insurance carrier to pay for all this "stuff". The only positive here was that the prescription was pretty accurate as I went to another reputable eye doctor to get a second re-examination / opinion on my son's high case of myopia. Anyways, tired of waiting, I took my business elsewhere and not looking back.
