They let me try on tons of different styles and coached me through which shape fit my face best. One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had. Plus they’re open on weekends and evenings, which was the only time I could fit with my work schedule. 10/10 would recommend!

Its been a while since I have looked for an eyewear, and boy do they deliver. I wasn't sure what to get to begin with, and both Heidi and Ming are very helpful in guiding us through it. Definitely would recommend to a friend. Would come back again for future businesses.

I have not bought a pair of glasses in over 20 years, so I was VERY hesitant and cautious as to getting a new pair and going through all the hassles of trying to get one.. I also had a very high prescription which added to my "anxiety". But Heidi and Ming are GREAT!! Greeted with me with smiles and eased my with regards to getting THE RIGHT pair of glasses to meet my needs. Also VERY helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisficed with the pair you have chosen and if there was a problem with your purchase.. They welcomed me back again and again to solve the problem!! I was still getting used to the new pair and did not expect what may come the next few days from wearing them. If I noticed the fit was not right.. They FIXED IT!! If I noticed or was concerned that the lenses were loose.. THEY FIXED IT They were also concerned about my well being after I had purchased it.. Throughout my first consultation, they kept advising what to expect with the new glasses and possible side effects and have told me time and time again to come to them if I had any problems whatsoever. They were interested in YOUR SATISFACTION and not just the sale of a pair of glasses!! THANK YOU HEIDI AND MING FOR ALL YOUR ADVICE AND KNOWLEDGE!! DEFINITELY will come back when I will need an updated pair (if I need one)...

Heidi and Ming were very friendly and helpful in picking out a pair that fit my style and face shape - I had a great time trying on different frames.
