★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I headed out to New West - not realizing it is not a store front and you need to make an appointment** to try on the beautiful pieces. We arrived a few minutes before a scheduled appointment and instead of turning us away, she helped the bride get the piece she wanted! The pieces are gorgeous and they will definitely make your day!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the Andrea belt with custom thicker champagne ribbon. When the Bridal Boutique (Calgary) removed the belt from the packaging they scuffed/snagged the ends of the ribbon. I emailed both the retailer and Olivia the Wolf. My response from the boutique disappointed me however, my experience with Olivia the Wolf directly has been amazing. Immediately they wanted to ensure I was happy with my purchase for my big day. They offered to accept it as a return if that is what I wanted however, I love my belt and I just want the ribbon fixed. I am sending it out tonight and they are replacing the ribbon. My faith has been restored in the Bridal Industry. I am so happy with my experience directly with Olivia the Wolf :)
