Broadway and there are no less than half a dozen eyeglass retail places around here. I went to this one based on reviews. I will now go nowhere else. What made the experience was Zuheir Merali. I had an eye exam and it turned out did not need a new prescription just yet, but I will definitely be back when I do. Zuheir is one of the most kind, honest, gentle, and professional people I have encountered in retail. He creates an atmosphere of calm, and his honesty and knowledge is to be commended. A true professional. I did not look much at their inventory, prices, or other staff. But I know that if you meet with Zuheir you will be in very good, capable hands.

J	J S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely write reviews. Though I live in South Surrey, I have purchased glasses for myself and my children at this store for some 20 years. Though the prices are very low, the service is top notch--similar to any high-end store, as is the interior of the store itself. I've always found the frame I like, be it during the era of big lenses, to round lenses, to "squinty" lenses and whatever else was in style. In fact, the last frame I purchased, i purchased three times (the last time being a few weeks a go). When I came upon the possibility to write a review, I decided that it would only be proper to express my appreciation this way. And regarding parking on Broadway, call the store and they can guide you how to park behind the store instead of fighting for a parking space on the street.

I enjoyed my interaction with a knowledgable staff member and would recommend checking them out if you are looking for quality eyewear at the best price possible. I'm very satisfied with the service, selection and most of all pleased by the affordability ! I didn't feel like I was getting 'robbed blind' the way I did at most of the other optical stores. And they are a long time local business which is nice too. If you're driving, parking in the area can be a little tricky, but it's worth the trip. You'll like what you see.
J	J Bond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a pair of glasses in a rush - leaving for a trip tomorrow at 5am. Did a Google Map search of Optical stores in the area. On Time had a relatively high rating, but someone didn't have very nice things to say about them. That made me a little nervous, but I decided to bite the bullet, as everyone else seemed happy with them. I called them up around 1pm and asked if they could do same day. I read them my Rx over the phone and they said they could rush order the lens in, but it would cost extra. The extra cost was reasonable so I agreed, and headed down. Decided to get two pairs because the price made it worthwhile. Went back just before closing (6pm) and picked up the pair that was ready. The whole process was very easy and the the lady & gentleman who helped me out were not only professional, but very pleasant. In fact, the gentleman gave me what felt like genuine feedback as to which frames he thought were more reliable and long lasting - even though I was only looking at the cheapest ones they sold. And they made sure the glasses fit before I left the store. Couldn't have asked for anything more, hence the 5 stars. Came home and my wife likes them. Win - win.
