M	M L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for an eye exam and the staff were very friendly. They started with some preliminary tests and then I saw the optometrist. She was also very nice and patiently explained each test and their significance. Their rates exceeded my extended benefits coverage and I ended up paying about 1/3 of the costs out of pocket but I think that's more to do with my benefits plan.

I had gone elsewhere and asked for a reading glasses test and they said I was too young. So they did nothing. The opticians at Mt Pleasant listened to me and tested me and found there was a mild problem. They suggested anti fatigue glasses and now my vision is crystal clear and I no longer get headaches. These guys have won me over!

Everyone always takes the time to kindly explain what they're doing, they're very willing to answer questions, and made the overall experience top notch. The reception staff are friendly, easy to talk to, and immensely accommodating. The technician was very kind and knowledgeable, and made the process an absolute breeze. Dr. Lo was the absolute bees-knees. Took the time to explain what we were doing during the examination, never rushed me at any point, was a phenomenal communicator with next steps and eye care. Outstanding care and professionalism from all the staff. If I could give this clinic more stars and more positive reviews, I absolutely would.

Anyways I would highly recommend this place to my friends. The battery of tests they performed and their client-side manner was exceptional. I have found my go-to for eye exams moving forward. Note: parking currently sucks b/c of the subway roadwork so beware!

They follow communicable disease practices, with good safety measures taken. I worked with Stephen, the dispensing technician to select and fit my glasses. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and a good listener. He applied his excellent fashion sense but worked within my taste profile and comfort (I am a bit more conservative, less daring, he is very hip). He offered post-sale support and service. I am so happy with my progressive glasses, they are comfortable, fit my face, and attractive. These glasses have improved my life by allowing me to see the world more clearly. I know without a doubt that I would not have been able to select these glasses on my own without Stephen's professional service. It is with great pleasure that I recommend Mount Pleasant Optometry Centre and Stephen to anyone looking for glasses or an eye exam.

I was the first appointment of the day and I was greeted and helped right away by the receptionists who were both very kind and welcoming. I’m usually very anxious when it comes to anything to do with my eyes but Dr. Chan made sure to make me feel relaxed and at ease by explaining every step of the way and doing her job very quickly yet thoroughly. If my previous eye exams when I was younger was anything close to the experience I had today, I would have booked more regular eye exams! I have zero hesitation to highly recommend Dr. Jessica Chan and Mount Pleasant Optometry Centre!

Until we tried Mount Pleasant Optometry, which was referred to us by our family doctor. The staff are very experienced and professional, they really took their time helping us, answered any questions or concerned we had. I was personally helped by Timor, amazing guy! great attitude and very knowledgeable. I was so pleased with the glasses I got so I ended up going back and get the second set of lenses as well.
