Bailey Nelson Optometrist - Main Street

Bought a pair of glasses about three weeks ago. Shipping was standard (about 7 business days), and immediately I loved the look of my pair, however after wearing them for two weeks I was still not able to adjust to them. I brought them back for an adjustment, and the associate was friendly and helpful. The pair is working great now.

The folks at Bailey Nelson on Main are the best! Every time I have been in — whether for my sunglasses or a prescription, they have been very informative and patient with me. I have dealt with Aaron a few times now, and every time he's been super helpful with my prescription and fitting needs while tending to the other people in the store. I highly recommend this store/location!

This was my first time going to this optometrist and I had a great experience. All of the staff working were very friendly and helpful, and made me feel at ease. The optometrist (Sarah) was wonderful. Overall the entire experience was positive and I'll definitely continue to use Bailey Nelson for future eye exams.

Amazing establishment with well trained and patient staff. Good deal 250$ For 2 glasses with no added cost for prisms. I always had a hard time finding glasses due to my wide face and bailey neilson has 5-6 different styles in’ different colours available in extra large fit which worked perfectly for me . I was recommended this place by a friend and would definitely pass on this recommendation to others seeking new glasses, especially extra large frames for wide faces / eyes wide apart like mine

I have purchased three pairs of glasses from BN Main Street over the past few years. My progressives prescription is not necessarily straightforward, however they always make the effort to get it right. The BN team is remarkably consistent - always friendly, smart, offering good advice, and its obvious they take client satisfaction seriously. And now I know the Joyce frame is named after James…who knew?

Had a great experience with both an eye exam and picking out glasses. The staff were all super friendly each time I went in (to pick out glasses and then to pick-up). I haven't bought glasses in a store for years, since there are so many online options, and I would highly recommend Bailey Nelson to try it out! It was well worth it for me.

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Staff were very helpful in selecting my new frames. They quickly understood what I wanted and my style. Making the perfect recommendations for my style and my vision needs. Love all their bold frame styles and affordable prices. I enjoyed my experience conducting a comprehensive eye examination (I received my prescription, and had all of my questions answered in a courteous and professional manner). Checked out some of the frames online, and asked to try them on in-store. Service was attentive and friendly, with them offering their opinions on the frames I chose. I ended up with the beautiful limited edition Aegean Blue Fabio glasses, which are oversized, roundish and stylish. I felt that the store design was clean and minimalistic, and they carried a lot of stylish but classic pieces, suitable for the modern professional person. I received a text and email notification to collect my glasses one week after taking my eye exam, getting my prescription and purchasing glasses. They did a good job of measuring and adjusting so they fit well, specific to my features. The frames were affordably priced at $140, and I opted to add blue light blocking for $50. The only gripe I had was that because one side was over 500 degrees, I paid $200 additional for thin lenses, which made the overall pair of glasses quite expensive. Overall, I felt that the pair of glasses was worth it as I got them insured. I had a great customer service experience, and am excited to elevate my eyewear to this accessible and stylish brand with an amazing selection. It was definitely a tough choice to finally decide on this particular design of glasses. In the competitive glasses retail landscape, Bailey Nelson will be a staple for classic, fashionable eyewear options. I now feel comfortable stepping out more often in glasses, as a form of function and also style.
