they even went online and found the specific frames/colours i wanted and specially ordered them into the store for me. I have used them twice in the past 2 years and have been great on both occasions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment with Dr. Helen Mach after passing by the office many times during my walks in the Village. First I was greeted by Alex, the very friendly office manager. I had a full exam with Dr. Mach and updated my prescription for glasses and contact lenses. I was very impressed and felt quite comfortable with the entire experience. Alex was also helpful in finding me the perfect contact lenses to meet my needs. I will definitely be back and I'm so happy to have found this wonderful place to fulfill my optometrist needs! Thank you to Alex for your extra care and attention!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment with Dr. Anson Wong was wonderful but the receptionist was not very nice. She kept saying she was not able to double check my insurance so I had to end up paying the examination myself. I called my insurance and everything was working fine so not sure what went wrong and if I will be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Karen Wong is so amazing with kids. She really gets down to their level and makes the experience fun and exciting! She also has the latest videos to distract the kids and they don’t even know they are getting their eyes tested. She makes everything so fun!
I also bought a pair of sunglasses and the person who helped me was so knowledgeable about the size and fit, and what would work with my face shape.
What a wonderful and helpful team of staff! They were also able to help me get my lenses fixed at a fraction of the cost of what other companies were charging.
I definitely recommend Eye Coastal Clinic. Their team works seamlessly and they are so helpful and friendly and very professional!
