Superb customer service!! Taller asian gentleman with glasses (I forgot his name) was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the store itself is not the easiest to find in this strange mall.

Was visiting from out of town broke my glasses. He put a rush on them offered a wide selection at good prices and was perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Vancouver - 17 July 2020. A very lousy disrespectful service. I got my Silhouette eye glasses today after it was offered in 3 weeks (was told so at the end of May 2020), I was not given a respectful service since I guess I had already given 55% of the down payment and today I had to give the rest ( which is the correct thing to do) or not get my eyes glasses if I walked away do to the lousy disrespectful service; I had a choice of accepting their lousy, disrespectful unprofessional service or walk away and loose my 55% down payment. I was call two days ago to go and pick up my eye glasses and for this I had to make an appointment so I requested today at 11:00 am but I was told 11:15 am to which I did accept. Upon arrival to Eyedol Optical I was not allowed in the store and told by an Asiatic Chinese looking gentleman to wait outside the store which I did so for about 15 minutes. Later on a husky Asian lady of chines looks came out and asked me if I was the one to pick up the eye glasses to which I said yes and tried to follow her inside the store to which she told me to wait outside. Approximately 3 minutes later she came out from inside the store with the Interac machine in one hand and my future eye glasses in the other hand. I right away told her I was being treated disrespectfully and as a criminal by her giving me the eyes glasses on the hallway and not inside the store to which words she was surprised. I paid the rest of the owed money right away which was more than $300.0 and said thank you. I was never offered to try my eye glasses at front of a portable mirror or check them on to see if the nose pads were alright on the bride of my nose or the pad arms needed to be adjusted. The lady left but then I opened the eye glasses case and the cleaning towel that comes with the glasses was missing. I told her just before she closed the door of the store on my face ( I had never seen these people before in my life as far as I can recall ). A moment later she came back with an Eyedol brand cleaning towel to which I told her that was not a Silhouette cleaning towel and that every Silhouette comes with it's own towel to which she replied to me : that one does not come with it. I said yes, every Silhouette comes with it own cleaning towel get me one cause I have the right to get the original Silhouette cleaning towel, I do not care if you remove it from another case like it has been removed from my case. A moment later she came back with an original Silhouette cleaning towel, her face showed the emotions of not being happy with me since I was now more assertive than when she did not let me go inside the store to get my eyes glasses. This rude attitude are the reasons I consider the service at Eyedol Optical lousy, disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. I will not do business again or recommend any one to do business at Eyedol Optical. Ah by the way I was wearing a mask since I am a front line worker who does physical assessments and check for CoVid-19 symptoms, I made sure I was following all the CoVid-19 protocols so I hope Eyedol Optical does not use the CoVid-19 rules as an excuse for their louse, disrespectful and unprofessional service. Please do not go to do business to Eyedol Optical if you do not want to be treated as money source. I give one star to this review cause Google does not let me post this without grading it with a star otherwise I give no star.

GREAT place - skip Broadway and head to City Square The selection here is great and the staff were all SO helpful, not to mention really good at finding a pair of glasses that suited me. I find it's usually up to me to do this, but they really know what they're doing - came away with a pair I just LOVE. Price was great, too! Start your glasses shopping here rather than the ones along the Broadway Medical corridor.

Eyedol is the place to go for any of your glasses or sunglasses needs. Scott is amazing there and very patient. He is very good at what he does and can assist you with ensuring you walk away with the right pair of glasses. By far the best customer service and he always offers to clean and tighten my glasses when I visit! :) Would HIGHLY recommend!

Best lens on the market. It takes 2+ weeks which is why its a 4 star not 5.

This is the best place to buy glasses. All the top brands at the best prices. Have bought glasses here for 15+ years and all my friends and family are now loyal customers as well. Scott and his wife both are really helpful in selecting the right ones for me. It’s hard choosing a frame when you are half blind in one eye so thankfully I have them to guide me. You will not be disappointed !!
