★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the other have said a gem of a shop with a super knowledge and helpful owner. I cracked a lense and he was able to replace the one lense in 20 mins as I waited. Great selection of frames and lenses awesome little shop.
Store is open from 12-7pm on Saturdays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place operates on word of mouth and they are fantastic. They've been in business for 40+ years. The owner goes to Europe every summer to buy frames from reputable eyewear companies. They have an incredible selection of deadstock vintage frames as well as new frames at very reasonable prices. I came in with my own vintage pair needing lenses and because they weren't busy, they were able to give me lenses straight away 10 minutes later. As long as they're in business, I'm never going anywhere else for frames or lenses in this city again.

I lost a screw from my favourite pair of sunglasses and I took them to New World. The owner said come back in half an hour, it'd be a couple bucks. When I picked them up he said don't worry about it—free of charge! What a sweetie.
The business owners are good honest people, with a wealth of knowledge. It's so fun going through their deadstock vintage frames, and their selection of modern frames is awesome too, so you'll aways find something you like, with great prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable and lots of frame choices. I have terrible eye sight and my lenses get very heavy, but the owner and his wife works with me to try to get it light as possible. I also get my contact lenses here too, they work with you to find the best pair.
