★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually write reviews but this one is super necessary.
I had a really complicated auto insurance situation involving an imported vehicle and multiple ownership and insurance transfers. It was so bad that the first autoplan brokerage I went to straight up refused to do it (citing a lack of time).
Enter Stephanie from Westland Insurance. Stephanie took everything I threw at her and handled it all with ease. Never have I dealt with an insurance broker as professional and diligent as her. She even had time for polite small talk while she was in the trenches with the documentation.
I simply couldn't be happier with how swiftly Stephanie got it all done.
Will definitely come back here in the future specifically because of my overwhelmingly positive experience with Stephanie.

He is very knowledgeable, articulate, and went out of his way to help me change my license plates in the pouring rain!! I'd highly recommend Westland Insurance for their excellent and professional customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service, to be frank, but the entire staff including the manager need a comprehensive training program!
I visited the office to purchase insurance for my car but failed because the agent as well as the manager were confused about some rules. I visited another broker later and got the job done smoothly in 30 mins.
I’m happy to share a few points so others save their time and energy, and encourage the staff to up-to-date their knowledge:
1) As of now, 2018 Vehicles coming from Alberta and some other provinces do NOT need inspection.
2) The GST and PST accounts are noted in the letter of power of attorney from BMW. BMW does not issue lease agreement showing those numbers, to the best of my knowledge. More importantly, it doesn’t matter anyway!
3) There is no notion of “original copy” vs “photocopy” for lease agreement! Again, it doesn’t matter!

He truly went above and beyond in terms of providing myself and my parents with exceptional customer service. I have had significant issues with ICBC in terms of my car accident, and Naveen answered all of my questions and communicated with ICBC directly on my behalf. He had my policy renewed quickly and the papers over to me in no time at all. This was truly a wonderful customer service experience!

It was a bit of a complicated situation with an out-of-province vehicle that took some time, but Naveen was so kind and helpful, and I really appreciated him being so patient and ensuring that everything was set up correctly. I've always had great experiences here, and it wasn't too busy either which is a plus!
