★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Western Coast took so long to mail out my decal (2 weeks until mailed plus time in mail) that I ended up getting a ticket, towed and impounded over a weekend for not having one despite the direction from ICBC for this not to happen during the pandemic. This was very costly for me all stemming from this unnecessary delay. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, what great service I received from the staff was amazing. I went in to get a copy of some papers needed for a sale. What I had been told over the phone by ICBC was totally different from the call that Western Coast Insurance was being told. But thanks to the staff to be able to fix the solution to help me by thinking out side the box. I was very stressed and dealing with other very important health issues with my husband, with the addition of Covid. But their calm and positive attitude all worked out well. I left there feeling very blessed to have walked into their Insurance Office. Will we have to stay here in Vancouver for a few more months, I will be going back to get my car insurance renewed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both staff I spoke to were very friendly. Harshil served me. He is the branch manager. He was on top of his game. He knew his stuff. I was very impressed with Harshil's customer service. I'm a maskless bandito, but Harshil was amazing in working around that. He was accommodating while respecting his employers wishes on masks. I have not had such kind customer service since the plandemic started. Thank you Harshil! I will definitely return if providence leads.
