β β β β β Had so much fun! Location is okay but thereβs major construction going on there at the moment so leave early in case if youβre stuck in traffic. A little pricy for the first hour, comparing the price you can purchase a headset online. They will offer instruction of how to play it. Overall a great spot for a first time try-out.

Unfortunately one of the car racing is down so only one person is available.
Hopefully I can try car racing next time with my boyfriend.

β β β β β Went in with 4 friends. They put us in separate rooms and 5 seconds into the tutorial they start us into the zombie game. The staff tried to explain how the controls work but since they were in a separate room and the echoing was terrible, I couldn't hear anything. Without tutorial and understanding the controls, I was basically unable to do anything. They started the first game anyway with two if us not having ammo, wasting time where we just watched a zombie slowly walk towards us and kill us.
Then the staff gets annoyed at me for being angry at how they handled the tutorial...
Terrible staff and customer service.
Addendum: This is to reply to the owner's response.
1. I did not ever throw or even drop any equipment. If you guys have camera footages, please review them again, else you are publishing a libel.
2. I never slandered your staff. My peers can attest to this and if you guys have recordings of the night, please review it accordingly. Yes I was frustrated, but I have never yelled or said anything personal or negative to the staff themselves, and has only voiced my disappointment and frustration with my experience.
3. It may be that one of the members of my team finished the tutorial but I certainly did not. And just to clarify, I have tried to get attention from your staff multiple times during the first few minutes and it was well after my first zombie game before I received any help. My request was to restart the round, as another member of my team was also out of ammo before the first zombie even appeared, flustered with the controls.
