★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I begin...the icbc website was down so when I took a day off work and biked across town (10km) I couldn't register my car. You'd think they call and warn me dont come because the system is down. Then the next time I rescheduled, they forgot to mention to me I had to have a pic of my vin number. The woman I spoke to on the phone simply mentioned to take pics of my car not the vin#. I had to call my landlord just to take a pic of my vin number off my dash (thank god his son was home). Then, due to complications regarding my out of province registration, I had to get a laywer to sign a notery. Once again, the bcaa failed to mention to me what I had to write on the notery. They just gave me the form and said - good luck! Which almost made me lose my appointment with my notery lawyer. Never have I felt so miss-guided and neglected by a business. When it was I who showed up on my time off work and had all the correct paper work and money to pay for everything. I honestly didn't mention a couple more things but I think this review will warn anyone - double, triple check everything and call ahead before your appointment because, the bcaa doesn't put their customers 1st, from my 1st hand/time experience anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a new battery and remembered their battery service. Canadian Tire was $260 and had a wait of a day or so. BCAA came to me within a few hours and replaced it for $225. You can get a quote right on their website. These guys rock!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the BCAA on Cambie Street are absolute legends and I truly hope they are rewarded for their caring and out of this world service - seriously. I came into the office a couple of hours before an international flight desperate to get an IDP before I departed. Not only did they attend to my needs immediately, they actually approached the time-sensitive concern in such a nurturing way. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the lady who greeted me at the door, but she was very lovely. Lidianna who served me following that initial interaction is an absolute rockstar! She is a true asset to your company as she is highly efficient, friendly, and cares about her clients. Thank you for all your help!
