Excellent selection of lighting for your home with helpful staff to assist in your decision. Lots of items on display so you can see how they all function. They also carry a wide assortment of bath and kitchen hardware. Definitely recommend as a one-stop shop for many of your home renovation needs. Plus, free parking in the back!

I was new interior designer starting out when I visited the showroom. And was helped by Jun. He has practically, single handedly saved my entire whole project. Jun is not only super considerate, warm and personable but is extremely knowledgable about the products. He has patiently spend countless hours helping me figure out the circuits and voltage and installation etc.( this is for the cabinet unite, embedded LED Strips.) The process is really involved, and we had to work together with both the electrician, and the cabinet makers. Jun was super patient and was willing to communicate directly with all of the parties involved. It would be impossible for me execute my designs without his help. He is also super on top of responding to messages and has again and again delivered shipping miracles ( this is during the pandemic) and help me meet my deadlines. He has repeatedly went above and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of ( he even delivered a light for me on his day off just so it can be available for the electrician to install). I highly recommend Robinson, not only do they have an incredible, wide range of products but more for their incredible customer service. Any vision you wish to accomplish for your home can be made real here. They make the whole process radically less daunting. In conclusion, Go there! Look for Jun! He will take care of you.

Incredibly disorganized service, and all interactions have been very disappointing. First experience I came into the store with a light in mind to purchase, and the store is nicely layed out with a greaty many options to look at, however no reps approached me to ask if I needed any assistance until the store was about to close. The rep that did eventually help me out put together my order but asked me to return the following day to pay and they can box up the lights since it was closing time. That rep over-promised what would be ready for when I did arrive as nothing was ready and the order notes that I saw the rep add to the order no one could see. Reception was very rude when I was directed to them to pay, and then the receptionist just left me there at the desk leaving me to figure out by asking other reps on the floor that "oh, if you have paid then they will be bringing the product to reception for you". When the product was packaged for me to pick up, one light fixture was missing install instructions, and the order not completely put together. I think I spoke to 4 reps and a manager that day. Fast forward a few weeks and I really liked one of the lights I purchased and wished to purchase another. Was able to call in to order another one and pleased that it arrived quickly. Arranged over the phone payment for the light and was told it would be ready for pickup at reception. At arrival no one knew what was going on, it was all disorganized again with 5 reps all trying to help and figure it all out. 30 minutes later they finally released my purchase when it should have taken 2 minutes. I would give zero stars if I could, but 1 star works as their showroom does have a great selection on display. Wouldn't recommend.

We really enjoy working with Jared, Jun and the rest of the team at Robinson Lighting and Bath Centre and highly recommend them! They have repeatedly provided and recommended the utmost best in quality product and design, whilst being focused on our interests regarding value for money. We don’t need to go to another supplier for lighting / plumbing fixtures as they have options that suit our different project budgets, styles and scales. We will definitely be working with them in the future - Nick Bray Architecture Ltd.

Edit: after my review, I was able to get in touch with the store manager who came up with a solution. It took one day for me to get an alternative light fixture that worked really well and aligned with what we previously purchased. However, this is a bittersweet win as it feels like I only obtained proper customer service after posting a public review, despite my six months of constant follow up. One of the worst experiences ever! Ordered a light fixture back in June, and to date I have no idea where the fixture is or when to expect it to be ready for collection. The biggest issue here is not so much the delay on getting the fixture (which I think after half a year it should be with me) with all the supply chain and logistic issues due to the pandemic, but the constant energy spent in trying to get updates. I email, call, ... and never get responses or call backs. I would expect a serious store to be looking after their costumers infinitely better... At this point, I can't recommend this store and will not bring my business back after receiving my light fixture, providing it ever arrives.

I came in ready to make a relatively simple purchase of a bathtub spout. I saw a product on the website that might've been what I needed but wasn't certain. I don't have experience in this type of thing so I came into store to browse and get some help. I didn't take note or take a screenshot of the specific model that I saw on the website, that's my fault. However, I wasn't certain if was the correct product anyway so that's why I came into the store, to get some help and recommendations. The counter person was rude and unwilling to help. I mentioned I was looking for a bathtub spout & that I saw a product on the website that might be a good starting point. I was rudely told to go back and find the product on the website and come back when I knew what it was that I wanted. Or to look it up on my phone and show the counter person. I'm in the store, I thought I might browse and hopefully get some help & recommendations. There weren't too many other customers in the store. All 3 counter persons weren't with customers. I obviously didn't know where to start or how to go about picking a spout, yet I was treated so dismissively. What happened to customer service? I own a business in Vancouver that has been operating for 23 years. I'm well aware we're in a pandemic. I'm very understanding that retail workers are on the frontlines and have to deal with frustrated and distressed customers. However, the pandemic is no excuse to dismiss your customers just because they don't know the specific product they want. Some of us come into store because we need recommendations and help. As a small business owner I like to encourage my customers to shop local, to support small businesses. Small businesses are supposed to excel at in person service, at helping a customer find what they need. That's not what I found at Robinson Lighting & Bath.

If you’re looking for high-end lighting and bath fixtures, this is a good place to start. Lots of selection. Excellent displays. Helpful staff. Love some of the big, gaudy chandeliers (which I will not be buying ?), as well as the precise tech lighting options and sumptuous bathtubs. A great store for dreams and ideas ????
