★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't suggest these people to my worst enemy. Got injured in Sept. Took them till November to send a cheque. And it got "lost" in the mail. So they send another set in December by courier and it hasnt reached the destination. Huge joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid their extended warranties like the plague. They will nitpick you on the wording of the contract to death, take forever to respond to claims and if you do get covered you still have out of pocket expenses as they'll only pay the bare minimum for repairs.
Your vehicle will sit in the shop for weeks or months while you wait for them to reject your claim because of some technical nitpicky detail.
They should be ashamed to even sell these warranties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s impossible to contact to inquire via e-mail they posted officially for their clients. Do not waste your money and time. If it’s possible I’d like to give them -5 stars.
Looks like their head office have the greediest and laziest workers in the industry, and don't even concern any bad comment on them.
Again, I strongly recommend you guys not to waste your time and money to them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever for any type of insurance or rrsp. First of all I got insurance for my vehicle that I purchased so when I lost my job that I would be covered. Well I lost my job due to covid-19 and they would not pay my payments because I was on the CERB and not EI. They said because I am not on EI that they will not honor the insurance that I am paying for. Secondly I am trying to take money out of my rrsp to pay for car payments they just send my a receipt saying the money has been withdrawn. Now I am trying to figure out where my money is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company to deal with on the planet. It took them 12 months to complete a transfer out on an RRSP, now they wont provide me with help on My client Space login. Apparently giving two answers to my favorite sports team isn't right! Ask another question......
