This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Terrible! Absolutely horrific!!!!!! I will never ever buy and extended warranty from anyone who uses this company. Why any major appliance company would use these guys is unexplainable. I will never buy an LG anything again just because they are associated with W3 solutions!! TERRIBLE!!!!

I would give this company a ZERO rating if possible. I contacted their call center on Monday advising them that my washing machine had an issue and it was leaking all over my floor. Whomever took the call assumed it was the gasket. I don't know how they can make this assumption without sending anyone to have a look. I called numerous times a day to attempt to speak with Management and besides getting hung up on, no one ever called me back. Very bad service. Very unprofessional. No one to talk to. Not worth it.

My Kitchenaid Fridge turns off intermittently, made a claim Nov 14, Nov 18 technician came by. No updates since. I have called and all they tell me is the parts are on order. No other details, I have even email Scott Walker the CEO and no response. Technician does not call back, not ETA on parts. We cannot stock the fridge cause we don't know when it will turn off, and thaw everything and fill my floor with water. Unacceptable to be out a fridge for over a month and no ETA on the repair.

A complete fraud of company, they make up stuff to deny claims. Chris S is a complete waste of skin and lies non stop. My fridge should be covered under their lemon policy because it's the 4th repair on the ice maker. They're saying the last repair wasn't for the ice maker making this my third repair only. I've shown them the emails about the previous claim but they say they weren't billed for it so it never happened. I said if it was a billing error I could go back to the service company to re-issue the bill if that's what they need as proof. They said it wouldn't matter since it's been after 6 months. Therefore they have no desire to know the truth and I'm supposed to trust their excuse despite knowing and seeing the repair get done and have email proof that it was done. Complete frauds that should be shut down.

To begin with, I agree with all the comments from other folks who purchased appliances from CAS. Here is my story, bought Samsung (5 appliances from CAS) with an extended warranty from W3, who by the way, outsource to Premier Appliance Like it gets worse with each outsourcing Been without a working fridge for a month. 1st time called W3, they opened a ticket with Premier Appliance, who by the way never pick up calls, never come to inspect and the one time they called me, explained them the problem, took them 2 weeks to order the part. Guess what, the fridge was still the same even tho the technician said will work in few hrs. Called W3, complained, they sat on it for a week and when I called them again, they said I was asked to call Premier App directly. So now had to open another ticket, took a week for Premier to finally get to it and they called me today informing me that will be coming tomorrow to change a part. Have they inspected what part needs changing? NO No wonder major appliances get bad reviewa bcz of these yahoo technicians and companies like W3. When asked W3 to cancel my warranty, they said talk to CAS, when I called CAS, after 5 mins, they said its not them and just transferred my call to W3 directly. Worst ever experience.

Over a month to get an ice maker repaired/replaced for the 5th time in just over 4 years. The same ice maker has been non-functional over 6 different times. However your crazy lemon clause actually prevents me from getting a new fridge! If that was not ridiculous enough of a problem I had to deal with Chris S. of the Walker group Cust Svc Gp who is both rude and dismissive. He has lied to me and even threated to terminate the warranty service. He will not let me speak to his supervisor or boss. He will not reply to my question in writing. So I have asked for the phone calls and service records. He will not reply to how I can get them or provided them. He is fighting with the repair company they work with to reduce the cost of the repairs while holding on the files for a decision for a second time now. Each time for a week vs the typical 24-48 hours. Chris wants me to take my W3 Solution complaint to Samsung? There are over 25 emails and 20 calls on this issue already. This needs to stop and corrected beyond just fixed or replaced. Chris S. should be fired or at least reprimanded and retrained in customer service and even perhaps have his ice maker removed for a month or two. An apology letter/email is warranted.

My Ice maker on the fridge went. I put a claim online at approximately at 11:15pm on March 31st 2022. My claim went through received a email confirmation on the date and time.I received another email a couple days later stating that my warranty was expired. My extended warranty as written on paper is from March 31 2018 expires March 31 2022. I was told my warranty finished March 30th at 11:59 pm. I'm I missing something here. I called them twice and still waiting for someone to call back in a higher position to resolve this. I read some reviews on w3 solutions and was surprised. If there was a zero a put in zero not one.

This company is a hoax....There is no customer service. Website under construction. My 2 year old expensive Whirlpool Fridge stopped working today. I had the extended 4 year warranty thru W3. They gave me a claim number but no one could put me in touch with repair service for 3 days. I wanted to get my own service and have them reimburse me. They could not even answer that question. My food is rotting. It would be cheaper to have saved the $250 cost of the extended warranty for the cost of the food I am losing. DO Not deal with this company
