Most disrespectful was the guy working the cashier and floor on October 6 around 4-5pm - i do not know his name but he was around 5'5 - 5'6, i believe East-Asian, in his early 20s or 19 maybe. He was side glaring at me and walking around me the whole time. I did not appreciate the way i was being treated. The group of teenagers shopping beside me were throwing around clothes and yelling at each other and this employee could not say anything to them but decided to keep a very watchful eye on me - a female who came alone and was minding her own business. Anyways, management really needs to have a word with him on how he treats certain customers. This was unacceptable and i will never be shopping here again. If there was an option on 0 stars i would give it because of this one employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spend so much money here it’s not even funny, like probably 6 months of salary at the very least. But it just goes to show how much I love the brand (and how much I simp for Drake) the staff at this location is the best however. These two girls that work there treat me like a little brother and it’s always fun to catch up with them and they’re always really helpful when it comes to me picking things out! Shout out to Kate and Alexis for making my day every time I’m there! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to purchase something. Usually staff are very proficient but the last time we went there (Dec. 16 around 6pm), staff were not attentive to customers. We literally have to chase them to ask if they have a stock of OVO Roots joggers. They were not conversant at all and they were chatting with each other and not paying attention to the customers. Left the store immediately after feeling under-appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive had all good interactions with the staff. Ive asked some questions and they dont really know much...which shouldnt be a big deal but i can see why some people think its a problem. Doesnt seem like they get much sizes.

Went to store with my husband as he is a fan of the label… came willing to spend a lot of money, but the service was not great, there were at least 8 people working- and all were doing nothing but standing around socializing. We found it extremely cheap and cheesy that clothes are in the back room in bags, in Tupperware bins. It was also kind of offensive to us to be told “if you damage any of the clothing while you try it on you have to buy it” lol. What? We are grown adults and have clothing way more valuable than anything in that store. We will take our money elsewhere. I highly doubt this store will last in Calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store and customer service. They don’t even know what is customer service and how to talk with customer. I m a loyal customer since the store opened in Calgary. There was a talk guy with light blue hoodie he behaved weird and talked very rude in a higher volume. I can’t explain how bad his service was. Good luck for another customers. I hope they will behave well with another customers without any discrimination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Friday i Had a blast flying into Calgary and pulling up to a little piece of Toronto the staff was amazing i was helped by Kate & Paul who were vary knowledgeable on not only sizes and styles but also stock. It was a great experience for a Friday in a busy atmosphere and being far from home. Visit let them know dj outbreak sent you i know you will not be disappointed
